When it is said "bigger is better," whoever coined this phrase must have had a vision akin to Nostradamus of this Burger King in Columbus, Georgia. It at least appears to be bigger from the outside, as I approached it appeared to have multiple stories, however, as I walked in I seen that it was to accommodate the indoor playground (how cool is that, kiddies?). The interior as a whole was pretty nice. It had a "ticket station" with a statue of a man within and what appears to be a train or subway car where you can sit in and enjoy your meal. Service was friendly and my order was prepared pretty quickly (it is, after all, fast food) and I was on my way in a timely manner. Fast food establishments have been upping their game due to a changing business landscape of increased competition and customer demand and this particular Burger King exemplifies that change. read more

Back at it again. This morning, the customer service was great. At the first window, Derica was polite and welcoming. At the second window, Keisha--who was handing out the food--was just as nice and finally understands that condiments shouldn't go on top of the food (thank you!). Now, as for the food: it was okay. The hash browns tasted like old grease, and the sandwich wasn't hot. Overall, the customer service really helped make the experience better, so I'll give it a 3 out of 5. Next time, Burger King , do better please--I love this spot. read more

We walked in the establishment and asked if they had the new SpongeBob meal and the manager turned around and said NO, I said well I would think you would have something posted saying that you don't, she said well we dont. We continue to order another meal and when we were called back for our meal the manger said here, I asked for some ketchup, straws and napkins. She said it is right there on the counter and the straws and napkins are over there and pointed to another area. I said we'll thank you for your hospitality. There was trash on the floor and over by the soft drinks a lot of ice was all over as well as spilled liquids. This by far was the worst visit to this location, and most likely will not return. I dont need for the manager to have an attitude with the customer, that is just poor business. read more

Will absolutely charge $.27 for each additional dipping sauce. However, will provide (unasked) unlimited amounts of mayo to any burger. Burger will also look recently frisbee'd from grill area. Playplace has trapped screaming cat and or child at the top. Could also be a dragon... regardless owners watch from floor area unaffected.... read more

horrid experience.. mckayla was a manager of staff 8 to 9 people literally standing around. no lids available for drinks, no napkins, couldn't find any tables cleaned. we needed 14 seats as i brought my grandson and his friends and family to celebrate his birthday. nothing was cleaned in the play area.. stood in line for 12 mins with 2 people. no one offered to assist others in line. i asked mgr if she could assist with helping cashier (seemed very slow) mckayla very loudly says what's the problem to cashier, she says (me) you don't know what you're doing. do you need help? then the comments from the entire staff. extremely rude, wouldn't say anything to my face but would mumble under breath. when asked to have someone clean this place up, complete and utter remarks by mckayla and the entire staff.. we left approximately 30 mins later and still no lids, napkins and definitely nothing cleaned. i might add when asked to get soap jn the dispenser someone rolled their eyes and said we dont have any... really??? read more

This is an amazing Burger King. Close to the highway and plenty of parking we arrived to use the fast charger by Chargepoint. Inside it resembles a vintage train depot. It has a huge kids play area that makes me want to be a kid again. If you're in the area give this a try. Staff is friendly and the food is hot. read more

Asked if I could get the Fiery Bacon Whopper as a double. Instead of saying yes or no, they just continued with the order with "What else?" Got the food home. Instead of making a double whopper, they put the extra patty in a fucking box separate from the burger. If you didn't want to make a damned double whopper, just say no. I Went to the location on Gentian after work. When I pulled around to pay the person who took my order was sitting down so you could not see her she was on her personal cell phone so in the rain I had window down getting soaked waiting for her to finish on the phone. She was barely auditable so I had to ask her what she said.Clearly not wanting to be there. Granted we are talking fast food, but for the price these days I do expect more.so I get my order I had asked for unsweetened tea. I should no better my burger tasted like fish not the kind that makes you happy either. So I paid 8.00 and some change for fries I think next time I will choose differently. Went there to bring my kids to play and eat, I left my wallet at home so I ordered food for myself and 4 kids from their app. When I went to pick up my order I asked for a buffalo sauce. I was told that would be $0.27. I informed the "manager" that I tried to purchase the sauce (which is ridicules) from the app but it wasn't listed. She told me I couldn't have one. I informed her to refund my money and keep the food seeing I can't have a sauce bc my kid would like a buffalo sauce with his meal. She told me I could get a refund for my food through the app. Horrible management and throwing away $27 in food over a Buffalo sauce. I will not be returning. Went across the street to Chick-fil-a ordered my food and when asking for a Buffalo sauce I was given one and told "my pleasure". The drive thru at this location is great. They have 2 lanes and also come out to your vehicle so you can pay if the line is waiting for one order. Also if one vehicle is waiting at the window to receive their order, they will bring the order of others to their vehicles in line. They always keep the drive thru line moving and with a nice and courteous staff. This is a great location. Management at this location has done a great job and it shows with all the employees I have met so far. read more

Nice facility. The problem comes with the order. We ordered a kids meal hamburger and had to pay for them to add lettuce and tomato at $.25 each. If I was to have them hold these condiments they wouldn't subtract that money, so why am I paying for something that comes on every other burger. Plus I thought we were trying to get kids to eat healthier and last time I checked lettuce and tomato and pretty healthy. read more

I like the fish sandwich with mayo. It tastes great. I also like the chicken sandwich. Their coffee is nothing to write home about, but the breakfast selection has some pretty good items like the biscuits, the pancakes or the burritos. When I'm very hungry I order the double whopper, it keeps me satiated for a good while. Very nice. The staff is very nice and the building was unlike any I've ever seen. Has a train station decor, including a ticket book with a conductor. The tables are kept wiped down and floor is very clean, very modern and updated. Seems to be a very clean establishment. Better than a lot of Burger Kings I've seen and been too. Went in today to purchase two $40 gift cards for a couple of my student leaders and was told I couldn't purchase them because they couldn't sell them to me. The manager said she was only authorized to sale me one card and it could only be for $25. I'm not sure this is good business practice and there has to be a middle ground somewhere. read more

My chicken nuggets are always fried way to hard, but the burgers were nicely done. Employees are nice and friendly, and facility is well maintained and cleaned. I go regularly with my college friends, and we relax in the big Burger King train centered in the middle. read more

We walked into Burger King and there was a man with a burger in his hand talking to the train Ticket Master behind the window and I busted up laughing so hard because it's a statue of a Ticket Master. Went there today and ordered three halloween whoppers, I was expecting the black buns because of the novelty. I'm highly disappointed that I have regular bun for my meal, if I wanted a regular whopper I would have ordered one.
