I've gave this business a few chances and every time something has been wrong rather it be my salad is really nothing but lettuce and the half of piece of chicken that was on it was hard as rock, Food missing on a couple drive thru orders. ordering online and still having to wait 15 20 mins on food. Down to the manager/ workers being rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. I know crazy to me to even think about giving them another chance but (Kids choice) Sunday me and family went at around 3:00 maybe a few after and the doors were locked I'm not sure if drive thru was open, but no cars was in line. Done with this location. My daughter went through the drive through tonight and they forgot to give her her drink. She went back to the window to ask for it and overheard one employee tell another that she could "shove that drink up her ass". Unprovoked, uncalled for, extremely rude and disrespectful. Just not very impressed with the Dayton Tennessee Zaxby. First, we all know that Zaxby's is a little bit pricey, but today I ordered two southwest and salads and two large peach iced tea's and the total is $31. When I get to the window and the young lady is handing me my meal she says oh by the way, we're out of toast. So I complain that they were giving me an incomplete meal for $31 so she gives me an extra salad dressing. Then I get home, and saw that the salads were about half of what you get at other Zaxby's. I bought 2 Cobb Salads for $24 and this is what I got and the 2nd had less chicken, maybe 1/4 cup. Unacceptable Zaxby's!

My salad was very good. I got the grilled chicken on the caesar salad. Very prompt service and personnel professional and fast.

The service has gone downhill in the last 5 months. When I first moved here 9 months ago, this Zaxby's was really good. I went here a month ago and went through the drive thru. My order was missing my cheddar bites. I thought it was a fluke, but I didn't get the sauces I normally do and the chicken wasn't very good. I went inside today, and I will not be going back until quality controls are put into place. I ordered the wings and things meal. There was no ice for my drink, there wasn't enough sauce to cover my wings, and I didn't get any zaxbys sauce. When my order came up, I didn't even hear my name be called. I had to check that the order was mine. It felt like the workers were doing the minimum possible to get a paycheck. read more

I just want to preface this with my day started horrible and continued the entirety of the day. So, when I went to zaxbys and ordered food for the kids and i, i was exhausted. I just wanted to go home. I ordered online and went through the drive through and had to wait for about 20 minutes. My food was cold. I didn't even care that, honestly. I have a microwave. But, they forgot one of the kids drink (mind you there was only one drink). I said "i also had a drink. It's a small coke." He heads back to the window and i start rummaging through the bag to make sure i had my zax sauce. I didn't. I get out of the car to let him know. As I'm approaching, I hear, "you can tell her to shove it up her a-". I didn't know what to say. She stopped because she saw me and walked away. It took me a second to realize what just happened and when i did I start crying and said to the guy "I've had a terrible day and that was incredibly rude". He kept profusely apologizing. I've worked fast food before. I understand how tiring it can be. But, knowing these are the kind of people handling our food is frustrating. I ate here last night with my mother-in-law and was not impressed with my favorite fast food chain. Wait time was great. Service was okay. The food was not even close to being good. The fries and tenders tasted old, probably fried in old grease. The boneless wings were so cold that they weren't worth eating. Disappointed. read more

This review is after we had lunch at the Zaxby's Dayton, TN. The food which is new on the menu was very good. It took several minutes of waiting for our sandwich's because the person at the cash register was being trained and this slowed the orders down. The other thing uncomfortable was the blaring music that was so loud we had to yell at each other at our table. Sorry, this won't be our place to revisit. read more
