There was a line of people behind me and I didn't have time to wait. I asked if I could get a credit for a free milkshake for the inconvenience of waiting for this order to be refunded to my card. The manager said no. I could wait. Very disappointed as I frequent this location and this is a new product being offered. I didn't want it runny. I won't be back! The manager was not accommodating. Not sure what the other reviews are about, but I had a great experience here. For a fast food place, the service was excellent. All the tables were clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. My wings were hot and delicious, and the fries were just right. What really made my visit special was the worship music playing in the lobby. It added a great atmosphere that NEVER occurs at fast food which made my meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me! read more

Trash as hell. Zaxbys is normally a really good fav of mine but this specific location is nasty, it's unfriendly, and it's ALWAYS wrong. I would rather drive an hour to the Dahlonega zaxbys because of how bad this was. Drive thru service is awful. My food was all thrown around in the bag, the wing sauce was everywhere AND my ranch sauce was busted open in the bag as well. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I enjoy eating at zaxbys but had a disappointing experience with their Caribbean jerk wings. They were expensive and the flavor was just lacking. Otherwise I love coming here and everyone is friendly. Sauces are $0.25 for additional ones. I love the salads especially the grilled ones. Otherwise chicken strips or boneless wings are a great option. Some of my other favorites are the nibblerz or the buffalo chicken sandwich. Drive thru was quick and easy to get in and out. read more

Prominence Point not Holly Springs. The menu board reads 7.69 for 5 wing meal. When I get to the window to pay I am charged 9.99. Her explanation was "multiple price changes " I asked why they did not change the menu board and the answer was just a shrug of the shoulders. I get home with my overpriced meal to find the 5 wings is now 4. So I am charged more than the advertised price and get less product that the meal calls for. RIP OFF! He was sighing when I asked for cherry coke and extra fries, like it was a huge inconvenience to him or something. Then when I get up to the window, he then snatched my card from me without saying anything, no total or anything. An awful location. Food quality here is far lower than what Zaxby's standard is (or should be). Seems the tenders are either burned or undercooked. Fries cold and burned. Having worked in the restaurant industry before it's clear that the deep fryer oil doesn't get changed regularly based on the dark coloration of anything that comes out of it. Our family enjoys Zaxbys. My daughter picked us up dinner here last night. For some reason this Zaxbys does not have the same food quality as most the other Zaxbys. The fries were sad looking, not full. It looked like they quickly throw a couple in a box and closed it, not realizing there were less then needed in the box. This is the worst in the area. Tonight they ran out of slaw and wanted to upcharge for substitutes. Any other Zaxbys would accommodate the customer with a substitution without an upcharge. The "manager" was a kid and explained he didn't have the authority to do that. That's the problem. I changed my order to a smaller dinner. My husband and I go through the drive thru at this Zaxby's just to see what we go home with. It's NEVER what we order! Tonight we ordered our usual, 2 Buffalo Bleu salads with wimpy sauce and a plain Nibbler for our dog. Of course, there was no bleu cheese dressing and the Nibbler came without a bun which is the dog's favorite. In my world, a Nibbler without a bun is a tender, but maybe I'm wrong. We always order the same thing. Some times we get wings. Sometimes we get fries. Sometimes we get tenders. But, we NEVER get what we order and many times we get more than we ordered. I'm not sure what kind of management team they have there but they seem to be failing at their job. If there was a closer Zaxby, we'd be there. At least they're good for a laugh. read more
