With the low reviews on Yelp I was expecting the worse. The drive through speaker must have a "garble" generator because placing the order was an event in translation. Even so the order was exactly correct. The killer chicken sandwich meal was surprisingly good. Crunchy crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The spicy sauce was not that spicy. Fries with the meal were good. Crisp out soft in. Did take out so no comment on dine in. read more

Absolutely awful experience. Dining room closed, drive through wrapped around the back of the building, 15 min in DT, food was so burned it was inedible. I knocked on the doors and window and they motioned for me to call. Wouldn't come to the door until I stood in the DT line. Then they replaced the grilled sandwich with one slightly less burned. What can I say? It's convenient. And the food CAN be really good if you eat it in a hurry on a good day. And if you get what you ordered. But, it's never reopened post-pandemic (as of 9-2021) so the drive-through is your only option & their big fries don't do well in the closed styro take-out boxes. It's also hard to check for order accuracy in the drive through, but you have to do it, or accept being disappointed when you get home. It's happened more than once. read more

Crummy customer service. Waited in the drive up car line for 15 minutes. Finally got to the speaker and your people shut the lights off. It was 8:03pm. They wouldn't acknowledge the two other cars they left in line in the dark with at least a "sorry, we need to close at 8" or poke a head out the back door. Update your hours online or post it on the drive up menu/speaker so we don't waste our time going to your location. Apple Maps says 9 and Yelp says 10. Overall I hope thE corporate office does some serious cleaning of house or closes this store. The quality is far below par. I will be going next door to Chick-Fil-A from now on UPDATE: the manager reached out to me and apologized for the small portion side agreeing that it did seem small for a salad. I've been ordering from this Zaxbys for years.. I ordered a Grilled Cobb salad at drive thru last night around 8:30 pm. After returning home I noticed the the ingredients didn't look quite the same: the lettuce seemed wilted, dry whitewashed chicken, and the salad didn't taste as fresh or cool as it normally does. After I ate the salad I started to get stomach cramps. I still have cramps and stomach pain. This location needs to get a handle on food safety. read more

Oh my goodness the other reviewers were correct, this location is pretty decent considering the other Zaxby's nearby. I drove to this location because other Yelpers said this was the best between the three in my 5 mile radius. I ordered a Zaxby's salad and fries and it was delicious. Salad was fresh, chicken was cooked through and the fries were not greasy or oily. I'd say it was a win. Great job Zaxby's! read more

06/23/2021. The drive thru at this location is horrible. From the beginning of the line until getting my food took 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable for the purpose of a drive thru. They should be giving free snacks or having someone explain why it's taking 30 minutes in a drive through. It's after the lunch rush too. read more

Last 2 Buffalo Blue Salads have had no Buffalo sauce on thee fried chicken. Absolutely no ice ever put in our drinks. But the most disturbing thing about this Zaxby's location is the fact that they never turn on the outside lights even the Zaxby's sign. With cars rapped around the building it's unsafe with no outside lights. I know the restaurant industry is suffering from lack of workers but this is not an excuse for these complaints. read more

Mobile app order. Arrived 5 minutes before my pick up time and gave my name. Literally everyone that came in was helped and left with their food. 16 minutes after my pickup time the girl rudely asked me what I was waiting for. I gave the name on my order again. The other worthless girl said that I must have ordered from the wrong location because they didn't have it. I showed my phone where I had ordered from there so the first girl said, Well someone must have picked it up already. A girl in the back speaks up and says that she was waiting on the grilled chicken for the salads. Many more minutes later I finally get my order. The chicken was burned til charred black. It was cold. So much for waiting on it to cook. And one salad on had 5 small pieces of cold burnt chicken in it. She was very snotty and rude closed the window and when I received my food it was from another snotty person and said absolutely not even a thank you. Always go to this zaxbys, maybe once a week. I love it and have never had any problems. Recently the staff has changed and I found a hair in my food. I'm giving them 2 stars only because the food is good. Every single time we have went through the drive thru and ordered extra zax sauce ( and paid for it), they haven't put it in our bag. There have been many times that we've gotten home only to realize that we have no zax sauce. We have complained several times but to no avail. We have also had our orders mixed up with other people's orders as well. They need to get it together over there. read more

We had dinner tonight. It was not a very good experience at all. The friend chicken was dry and overcooked, salad and bread look and tasted old, the tables were sticky, the floor did not look like it should. The return area was also dirty and looked unpleasant. There were not a lot of guests in there and the staff should have cleaned up. Food and quality control would be very important. I answered the online survey. Let's see how that goes. read more
