Everything about this visit was absolutely perfect. The new manager is fast , efficient and has a great memory. It was Myself , my wife and our three children. Not only was the manager very accommodating, She was very patient with our children and we greatly appreciated that. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. There was one particular employee who made this visit miserable. The tuna was very gross-looking and i asked if there might be any in the back she could grab for me. right away she had a very nasty attitude with me and berated me as i walked out of the store. i work in fast food as well, and i understand it is not okay to treat someone with disrespect especially when they treat you with kindness. read more

This subway had gone so far down, I refused to go there. My husband loves Subway so I wanted to surprise him with his favorite sandwich . I was so impressed when I walked in. Under new management. Over the years I've become less and less of a fan of Subway as far as quality off food, but that doesn't hold true of every Subway restaurant. This restaurant location is an exception to the Subway rule. I would come here most every Friday for lunch and always received great service from the Sandwich Artists working; including a free cookie for every order on Fridays. read more

Horrible experience. My wife placed a mobile order and when I arrived home with the food, it was all wrong. Paid extra for certain things and nope, it was all wrong!! Called the store at least fifteen times and never spoke to a live person. And to make the situation worse, they never gave me a receipt, so was the order processed and some pocketed the money? Even called the toll free customer service line and NOTHINGZ! This was a corporate purchase and we never received a receipt to expense it? No I have to go back to the location and deal with the manager. read more

I went today around 1 pm for lunch and I the girl making sandwiches was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her I want the meatball marinara just as shown on the "chefs creations" sheet advertised. She proceeded to ask me what type of bread I wanted. I told her I wanted whatever it's supposed to come with as per the "chefs creations" advertisement. She said "soooo you want white bread???" She slammed a piece of white bread on the counter, cut it to about 4" instead of 6". She threw it in the toaster and asked the person behind me what they wanted. I had to tell her I had another order to which she clearly seemed annoyed with. She said "what do you want?" I told her I wanted the exact same thing as before except I didn't want it on bread. I just asked her to put it all in a bowl. She said she can't do that unless she upcharges me $2 for a salad. I didn't want a salad. She she threw it all in a courtesy cup... she then told the cashier to upcharge me for extra meat. The cup only had 4 meatballs which is the same as the sandwich comes with. So I have no idea why I was charged for more meat but whatever. I told the cashier I wanted both combos with applesauce to which she got upset with me because she apparently had to re-ring everything up again. She gave me my change and that was it. I had to ask for the applesauce to which she rudely told me that I have to get it myself. I had no idea there was a refrigerator behind me that I had to grab it myself from. This was my first time there sis he didn't have to be so rude. She cashiers fingernails were disgustingly dirty and black underneath. Her hair was bright pink. Both girls were extremely rude and unprofessional. The store was dirty. All the tables were dirty. The floor was sticky everywhere. The fountain drink area was a nightmare and there were no lids to cups. I was afraid to ask for a kid because I might annoy the staff again. I will never go back to this location again and will also tell all my coworkers not to go there as well. Going here literally ruined my whole lunch. For the last year my fam and I have probably went to this location 3-4 X per week at minimum...until now that is. I also completed the survey on my receipt w no response and put a call in to the manager w no return call. My son and I went in and placed our order and were paying for our order when another gentleman walked in and was about to place his order. The teenager that was behind the corner was the typical not to friendly, hair flipping, little bit of an attitude having, would rather be somewhere else, teenager when completing my order but we got through it. He was refilling items when the gentleman was ready to place his order and had a glove on and after refilling pickles he of course had a glove dripping in pickle juice. With that same glove on he asked the man what he wanted as he KEPT the same glove on..... so the man was kind of waiting for him to change gloves and then asked "Where you planning on keeping that glove on that is covered in pickle juice while you make my order?" And the boy behind the counter gives a shrug and a hair flip and stands there staring at him. So the man says " You know what, I'm good." And walks out. I was equally as irritated by the boys reaction but he didn't do that to me so just kept the interaction in my back pocket as a reminder. I go in the very next day with another one of my sons and it's the same boy behind the counter. I ordered 4 subs and a wrap and just during my telling him that he was very short w me, had an attitude etc.. so already I was thinking "GREAT" in my head. When it comes time for the wrap, which was going to be tuna fish he takes his gloves hand, reaches into the tuna container and scoops up a handful of tuna fish and slops it on to the wrap...(for those of you saying "no he didn't".... YES HE DID).... so with my jaw open I had to ask... "Um... when did subway start having the tuna fish served by hand? He just looks at me and shrugs and flips his hair and says..."well that's how I do it".... I then said to him "come on man.... you know you're not supposed to do it like that- that's just gross"....... he then says "no ones ever said anything to me about it until now"..... So we stare at each other until he makes a new one using the scooper. THEN after all of my sandwiches are made he says "oh yeah, we are out of pickles, onions, banana peppers and green onions" I'm just looking at him like this is just an "oh yeah" comment???? So I then tell him that should have been something he LEAD the whole conversation with. I tell him I'm sorry but had he told me that I wouldn't have ordered tuna bc most of those toppings are the ones I would order. Again... shrug and hair flip. So I said I'm going to have to skip the tuna and will take something else also on a wrap. He then goes and takes his gloves hand and scrapes the tuna off of the wrap and slops it back in the tuna container and sits there staring at me with the tuna smeared wrap in front of him as if he was going to use the same wrap....( again, YES HE DID).... So after a big sigh I say look man, I'm not trying to be difficult but you are making this really hard....can I please have a new wrap without tuna on it? He slams everything around and slaps another wrap down.... and says "what do you want" I said I'll take the roasted chicken breast w bacon and provolone.... he puts one of the chicken breasts (looking like a chicken nugget on this big wrap) and one piece of bacon and throws it in the toaster.... Again another sigh and say.... there are supposed to be 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of bacon.... he says Well I don't know- I've never made this- have you?????I then say no... I don't work at subway but I do know that that is what's supposed to be on it.... after he puts the rest of the items in the toaster I say, isn't the cheese supposed to go in too? He sighs loudly, grabs 2 pieces of provolone, opens the toaster door and throws the cheese in letting it land where ever........ You can already see where this whole visit has gone now right? But yet, no return calls and the boy is still working there as of Friday bc my husband went in and there he was- so of course he left. I guess the only place to make this situation known is here and social media. And look, it's subway.... and a teenager....I am not expecting 5 star treatment here but DAMN.... can you NOT scoop the tuna with your hand and NOT be a whole @$$ while doing it?!? The workers always make eating here a good time. Usually, I would just tell the worker what sub I want and have them silently prepare it for me, but they keep me engaged, asking questions and creating good conversation with me. Although sometimes it gets a little packed in the restaurant, the process always moves by quickly and it really helps to feel welcome at a restaurant like this. I especially appreciate Kaiden for going out of his way to help me get the best sandwiches & keeping the experience fun! read more

Went again today because I had a gift card. I have to ask what the heck is wrong with this place? The workers simply do not listen. I was the only one in line ordering and I had to repeat myself at least 5 times. It was very aggravating. When it came to getting the toppings I almost gave up and walked out. She started okay then started putting random toppings on that I didn't ask for. I was telling her hello no not that. She was talking to a coworker paying me no attention. Just terrible. I did add a star to this review because this time the restaurant did not stink. My sandwich was large and tasted fresh. I just couldn't fully enjoy it because of all the "extras" she put on. Also she complained to me about earlier customers like I would care. Very unprofessional and annoying. Every time I go in this location different people are working. I wish I could choose to give this location zero stars.... HORRIBLE. Unless you enjoy people NOT listening to you and switching your orders up with someone else's, then I strongly advise you TO NOT GO HERE. Publix makes sandwiches just as great. probably better - and they are right next door. I had not gone to this Subway in 6 months because it was so bad. I go back today and they NEVER FAIL TO DISAPPOINT. I walked out with 2 completely different sandwiches and the one that was actually mine was not correct. Ha! PLUS, I had to literally RUN to get 2 chips I paid for because there were 10 bags left on the shelves. What in the hell, Subway?! "Our truck doesn't come in until 3 today". No discount, no free cookies, nothing. Never wasting my money on this poor service again. I contacted corporation. This is hands down THE best Subway in the area! I've had bad experiences with 3 others within a 5 mile radius (others that won't accept coupons, over cooked bread, and a lovely long hair in the middle of a sandwich...not to mention HORRIBLE 'sandwich artists'...I mean, even if you're new, how hard could it be, REALLY?!) But THIS Subway, has the BEST staff! Polite, helpful, genuine, they gladly get more of something out if it's running low, even AFTER I say I'll change to something different, they still want you to get exactly what you came for...and not in that 'this is my job, I'm supposed to say it', way. They were equally as disappointed when Cheddar Cheese was taken away last month, and equally as thrilled for me when they brought it back! They never over cook their Italian bread, it perfectly soft. I really give this team credit. I even have even looked at the 'Come Join Our Team' sign in the window, and legitimately thought about it... They really do give off a good vibe.
