Being a West Coast transplant.....I was directed to Zaxby's by locals. Popped in for a lunch bite and opted for the spicy signature sandwich. I found the chicken to be moderately battered but not over battered. The spicy buffalo sauce had little spice and had an off taste. The sandwich seemed disproportionate to fillings vs chicken vs bread. It basically was just a plain ol' chicken sandwich with no bells and whistle going off. Tried it but not really a fan. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would!! First off the crackhead at the window was so rude. I ordered extra seasoning on my fry's and received no seasoning at all I tried to go in to get it fixed and they had their doors locked so I went around the window and ask for some and received a small plastic container with not even a dusting of seasoning in it when I tried to tell her we had 2 orders of fry's and that's not even enough for a single fry she told me to come inside to get it fixed so I told her their door were locked and she treated me like I was lying!! 5 stars for tenders and zaxby sauce!! Don't love the chicken sandwich it was a let down and crinkle fries are only okay as a fry form in my opinion. Buffalo boneless tenders are very good too but messy and I like portable fast food. I will look forward to trying a salad. read more

This was my first time at Zaxby's. The lady at the drive through was rude. That doesn't bother me much, she's got a rough job. I am very disappointed with the amount of chicken. 6 tenders ended up being one tender and 5 nuggets. For more than ten dollars I am simply upset at the quantity of chicken. What I can tell you is the store closes at 9 not 10 and if you come after 8pm and the food you get is average, that's because the store is trying to pre-close and they cant keep extra food up do to waste/cost reasons so basically if you come after 8 and have a complaint that's basically you're own fault tbh, just be a better person and understand the people at Zaxby's are regular people just like you and they don't wanna have to deal with yall slamming them with 5mins left to close when they're already behind and gonna be there for like an hour after close anyway read more

This is the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. The fries were burnt to a crisp. The chicken was old. Even the toast was stale. I hope people don't try Zaxby's for the first time at this location. If they do they will NEVER visit another. I love Zaxby's but after this trip it will be awhile before I'm inside another since my entire party threw away 90% of their meals. Worst drive through worker. Just came through drive through was ordering a kids tender she continued to ask me to repeat order to the point I basically had to yell in the speaker. When they can't hear you you typically will gradually get louder till the hear you then after the third time asking me to repeat an order with one item she tells me to not be rude. I said well listen and people wont have to yell. So I drove off, I eat there occasionally when I'm traveling will no longer get my business. Entitled little kids don't need to be running a drive through she needs to be cleaning toilets or cooking were she doesn't have to work with people if she can't hear a one item order. read more

Food was good as usual......but......service was a joke. I wasn't greeted when I approached the counter. They just stared at me. So I placed my order and waited for 10-15 minutes for my food. A little long but I didn't fuss about it. When I got my bag I said thank you and of course they didn't say anything. Proper response to Thank you (which is something THEY should have said, not me) is You're Welcome! Drink machine had no ice. Might have been empty or broken, who knows. Gave me a cup with about 1 inch of ice in it which promptly melted. And lastly the whole time I was there it seemed all the employees were just laughing, being loud and talking about being fired. I'd never heard of Zaxby's until moving to TN. My husband wanted to try something new one day and so he decided to try Zaxby's and boy, am I glad that he did. We've been here several times and I always order the Cajun Club and he orders the Finger Chicken Sandwich. The blackened chicken on the Cajun Club is delish. I don't know the seasonings they use but it's very yummy. The Zaxby's sauce they also put on their sandwiches is delish as well. read more

We ordered 3 chicken meals and the casher rang up as one so we went back up there and told the cashier and she gave us ONE more we needed 2 more went back up there and told her we needed one more and the cashier words where "and you want another one" and they were arguing in the back and burnt a bun on a nibblers and I would rate this place a 0 if I could read more

this was the worst experience i have had in a restaurant period. we walk in with a service dog who has his vest on and if you can read you will know he is a service dog. we walk up to the counter and can hear the manager (who is not wearing a uniform, just a pink shirt and jeans, no name tag or anything) talking to employees asking if he's a service dog and proceeding to loudly say "he better be." we get our food and sit down and one employee comes to the table asking if he is a service dog to which we reply yes and she waves us off and walks away while saying something along the lines of k just making sure. then another employee comes (who has a headset on) and awkwardly peers around us to look at the dog and mumbles something that makes no sense. honestly was probably the most uncomfortable situation i've ever been in as the girl was extremely awkward and weird about it. i do not recommend this place. the people need to go through proper training and we will be calling corporate until something is done about it. also asking if he is a service dog is illegal. read more

Have been to this one a number of times and the service is slow and it's always dirty and messy. Even the food isn't great either. The one in Turkey Creek is so much better. Management makes a difference! When a managers allows his employees to stand around and talk to each other while there are people at the counter waiting to order there is something wrong!the board of health needs to visit! read more

The chicken is good the fries are ok I don't like the seasoning is spicy to me survice is good waiters are good.

Price is a little high but the food is really good. Their salads are so nutritious but I just can't see myself paying almost $7 for a salad
