I could tell that he had established relationships with some of his customers and that is always nice to see. It is great when a business can truly be connected to their community. It was raining one day and he was courteous enough to help me take my food to my car and even opened my door for me. He is such a kind person. He has gained a customer for sure in me. I also want to say that their side salad is really good. I used to try the pasta as the side but it would always be so dry and flavorless. Now that I have had their salad, with such great improvement, I'm curious if the pasta has received a makeover as well. I also order a salad that had the Greek salad. It has feta cheese in it, olives, onion, tomato with a side of Balsamic vinaigrette and an Herbal vinaigrette dressing. I fully enjoyed the salad and that is saying a lot, because I don't typically do salads at restaurants just because I feel like I make better at home.

The young ladies were very busy but still checked on us as much as possible. We received water promptly and my friend ordered a sampler plate of hummus, Baba Ganoush and spinach dip. The trio was served with pita and chips. The pita was okay. It was a little tough. I ordered the Santorini Gyro. It had Gyro meat, lettuce, tomatoes, purple onions, cucumbers, feta cheese and Café Med herbal vinaigrette dressing. It was huge and was delicious. It needed a little bit more vinaigrette for me. I took a lot of it home to enjoy. Our sampler trio was quite tasty. The restaurant is decorated with Mediterranean decor. It is quite quaint and very cozy. A tad warm inside but still comfortable. We were waiting for the server to bring our checks as we did not know we were to pay at the register in the rear. The place was very busy as many patrons stopped for lunch or take-out orders. The smoothie bowl was melted, the fresh juice was pre juiced and poured in to a cup, and the zucchini noodle bowl was just... bleh. In this economy to toss a plate due to undercooked sweet potato and over cooked zucchini noodles as well as lack of flavor is sad, but expected. My advice to this establishment would be; plant based does not mean lack of flavor. Nor does it mean lack of presentation bc my food looked like it was thrown into a box. Very unappealing. Because we enjoy the restaurant and want it to succeed, I wanted to share some constructive feedback. One recurring challenge is the arrival and seating experience. Even when the restaurant is largely empty, there is often a noticeable wait to be seated. The hosts typically take our name and then spend several minutes determining where to seat us, even when many tables appear available. While we understand there are operational considerations that guests may not see, the process often feels unnecessarily slow and creates a frustrating first impression. The host stand can also feel somewhat disconnected from the guest experience. There seems to be frequent turnover, and team members often appear focused on seating rotations rather than ensuring guests are being welcomed efficiently and seated at clean, prepared tables. A more polished and confident front-of-house experience would go a long way. The menu has improved recently, and we're glad to see some favorite items return. Unfortunately, food execution continues to be inconsistent. Long waits for food are common, and communication during those delays is often limited. We don't mind waiting when the kitchen is backed up, but a simple explanation or update would make a significant difference. Too often we're told food is coming shortly, only to continue waiting without additional information. When the food finally arrives, there are sometimes errors with the order, and after a lengthy wait it's difficult to feel motivated to send items back. We recognize that restaurant operations are challenging, particularly in today's labor environment, and we appreciate the effort of the staff and managers. It came out on 2 flat hard disk with about 6 pieces of small pieces of cubed turkey, lettuce, a few chopped cucumber pieces and chopped tomatoes. The inside of the sandwich was sloppy from the tomato, lettuce and cucumber being pressed on a hot stove. Yes it aside hot turkey pita. Well it had almost no turkey and everything that was on the sandwich fell in the box because the bread, whatever it was, NOT a pita, would not hold it because it was slimmy. maybe the salads are great but I will never know because I paid a lot for nothing! so I won't return! if I could leave no stars I would!
