Maybe the drive through is good but customers on the inside are ignored. There were several people waiting sound for few minutes to place an order as multiple cars zipped through the parking lot. And to get inside you have to walk through the cars in the drive through. Unlike most places, they don't have parking on both sides of the building. Right as you walk in, you are greeted by framed joke about locking your wife and your dog in a trunk of your car for an hours to see which one will love you ... so bleh. During a recent visit, I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Several employees saw me at the counter along with other customers and they didn't acknowledge anyone. Service was slow, the cashier was clueless; supervision is non existent in this store. This has to be a franchise location with the poor management and lack of customer service training. And to make matters worse, both orders were missing items after an almost 30 minute visit. I have yet to visit this location and can say that customer service was great, cleanliness of the store was acceptable, wait time was acceptable, or management was visible. Hopefully the Zaxby's corporation and the franchisee will take notice and correct the problems of this location. And another note, the parking lot/drive through exit needs to be reconfigured. T A S T E Since they removed the Chicken Finger Sandwich meal a couple of years ago and introduced the signature sandwich, this is my go to meal. I choose the non spicy version because spicy is the same chicken except with a different type of Zax Sauce which I don't like. I would've liked them to make the chicken spicy but alas they did not do that. This time around it was fantastic! The fries were perfectly seasoned, hot, fresh and delicious! The chicken sandwich was delicious. The amount of chicken that they gave me was generous and they did not forget the pickles and they put adequate sauce. I also asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea and it was exactly what I ask for. So many times it's mainly sweet tea but this felt like a true half and half. S E R V I C E The service couldn't have been better. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the line was wrapped around the building. So they had a guy out there taking orders, similar to Chick-fil-A. I asked for some modifications and some extras with my order was perfectly accurate. My review is based off my food. I have never actually been in the store due to a co-worker picking this up for me from an online order. I ordered this salad online with no issues. I wish it would allow you to add extras or some sort of information about what you need extra. However I received my salad and was a little underwhelmed. People go on and on about how great Zaxbys salads taste and I just didn't get it. It was kind of lack luster and dry. One small container of salad dressing just don't get it. And honestly it's been like this since it opened. Went here for a quick bite tonight and this is the nicest Zaxby's ive been to! Initially i ordered to eat there then husband called and asked to get it to go. They changed it without an attitude. I convinced husband to come inside and eat with me because i was TIRED after moving for TWO days and i needed a @&*(! break! They have the nice new coke machine and i think i tasted 8 different ones lol. I eventually left after almost getting arrested(but that's another story!)
