I am highly pissed off with this location. I wanted Zaxby's at 9:45pm (15 min. To closing) and the first issue was that the drive through lights were turned off. Highly unacceptable. Secondly, I come in to order wings, and they tell me they are out of wings for the night. How in the world does Zaxbys run out of wings ?!? Truly, they did not run out of wings, they just didn't want to drop anymore fresh ones. In all my life of eating at Zaxby's I have NEVER experienced such laziness and inadequacy from an establishment. If this establishment cannot correctly and adequately serve its customers up until closing time, it should not be open. Piss poor service is NOT what I expect. Please do better! First, let me start by saying that I believe the number one indicator for how a company's customer service is measured is how they resolve issues. With that being said, I stopped at the Zaxbys on Jimmy Carter Blvd. - when I pulled up to the drive through I ordered a 5 piece wings meal, all flats (wings). The young lady on drive thru stated I couldn't get all flats... the way this conversation happened is a story of its own (we'll skip that part). Long story short, I told the young lady never mind and drove off. Well, being the person that I am (we won't get into that either), I turned around and went back to Zaxbys to get an understanding of why I could not have all flats in my meal. I asked to speak to the manager - when he came out he introduced himself as Tommy. He listened to my well-justified rant and stated that he had already corrected his employee and directed her to fill my order as requested but I had drove off already. But, since I was back, he gave me my meal for free and with a sincere apology. He rectified the situation by educating his employee, apologizing to me (his customer), and providing me the meal I was craving on the house. True customer service. Two thumbs up. The food at Zaxby's is good, but this location just needs to get it together. It's never a good sign when you've ordered & people are standing around waiting on their food. This is one of those places that makes you question why it's even called fast food. Fast food should not be an oxymoron an a place like this. Most recent: drive thru asked to wait around the building after waiting for 5-10 minutes to place order. Took 10 minutes to bring food out, drink half gone by this time. I have had good experiences at other locations but this one takes the cake for horrible service. Today at lunch there were three of us that couldn't get service to save our lives. But all the non-white people that walked in the door got great service. The employees looked us directly in the eyes then ignored us. I don't know what there deal was. When I dined in Friday for lunch, it was finally perfect! My Boneless Wings N' Things in Sweet & Spicy was delicious! Even the toast was finally perfect and not too burnt or salty (look at my picture). The fries were also cooked well and not too salty as well! For the most part, I've always had a great experience at Zaxbys. Not so much at this particular location. The service was good, but the food (Kickin Chicken sandwich) had dried up meat. I am a former employee of this pathetic establishment. I was terminated due to allegedly missing money from my drawer. I have been a cashier for 16 years. I do not steal from my employers. I just got off a call with the corporate office. Again, with 0 attempts from the general manager to fix it. She gave me attitude. I will continue posting here about this location. There are two managers who were working tbe night my drawer came up "short". The general manager is NOT doing anything to resolve the issue and reinstate my employment. Service here was a joke. Rude staff and slow service. If you can drive a little farther down Peachtree to go to the other zaxbys location, do it. I have never experienced such slow service in a drive through and when I finally received my order it was missing a couple things. It took 14 minutes to get my food from when I ordered. I have been to this Zaxby's location several times and tonight is the absolute last time. The person at the register was rude and acted like I was bothering her by placing an order. I have had the same problem on several occasions at this Zaxby's and my order has been incorrect several times also. I know nobody's perfect and mistakes happen, but more often than not the order has been messed up. Tonight the order was fine, but the attitude of the employee was awful. There is another Zaxby's a little further away from us on Peachtree Industrial that I will be going to from now on. I have never had these issues there. read more

Let me start off with saying I used to work at Zaxbys for 2 years, two different ones. I know the computers and procedures etc. This place is disgusting, annoying and down right off putting. Will avoid going here at all costs. 1. The only good thing about this place is they greet people well. 2. I ordered a salad and asked to switch out the tomatoes for cucs. The lady said they didn't have the option to do that on the computer which is bullshit. I've done it a thousand times and told the cooks to do it if we didn't put it on the order, there was no such effort to make the customer satisfied. If I'm paying $7+ for a salad, I can switch out tomatoes for cucumbers... 3. My order number was called twice while I was standing right there and the food was still in the window closest to cooks, not out towards the customer. Sitting there... collecting flies.
