Poor management! The only restaurant I've ever been in that messed up my order and then asked me to pay the difference. If you mess up somebody's order it is not their fault. The order should be fixed with no penalty to the customer. There are plenty of other options for food at this exit so make sure to skip this place. read more

Two stars for this particular restaurant and four for the Zaxby's food. Food was slow but of the quality you'd expect from Zaxby's. The restaurant was dirty, though. We were there at two in the afternoon so not exactly during the rush but every table was dirty, floor was sticky and littered and spilled coke on the condiments counter. Yum! A great place to stop in the middle of a long drive. I love their chicken fingers and Zax sauce. Even their fries are tastier than the standard quick service restaurant. Certainly not a healthy option, but a delicious cheat meal for a long car ride. read more

I can confidently say that Zaxby's poses no threat to the other chicken chains in town, especially Chick-fil-A and Famous Recipe. Went there for the 1st time (which I mentioned to the drive-thru attendant). The service over the speaker was disengaged and curt. When I arrived at the window they were all but dismissive of me. I ordered a chicken tender meal and asked I they had any sauces for the tenders. I received a curt "It's in the bag" as a reply. I asked what it was and was told it's "Zaxby Sauce". I said "Great but what is it?" "It's in the bag". Finally I got the imbecile to understand what I was asking and when they told me what it was I asked what alternatives they had. It was like pulling freaking teeth to get an answer! My apologies to the people waiting behind me, although the staff could cared less about them as they were too busy conversing about their Saturday night escapades. When I finally landed on BBQ sauce, thy let me know that if I wanted more than 1 smidgin container of sauce I would be charged for extras. Really? That's a first. Other places don't do that. Wonder if they charge for extra napkins as well to wipe your hands after eating their greasy, tasteless tenders. Had to ask twice for ketchup for my fries and then she all but tossed it at me. Chicken- nothing special. Toast- greasy thick, cheap white bread. Coleslaw- good but swimming in dressing. Fries were good. Best aspect- it was hot. Management- you need to replace some staff members. I will never know if you took my advice however as I do not intend to return. Readers- I look for this place to meet it's demise in the next 24-36 months. read more

For being in a heavy travel area. This Zaxby's location never disappoints, the food's always excellent, it's always clean, can't beat the Big Zax Snak meal in value or being a good tasty meal and it'll shorten your wait for your meal also. Swear they have someone in food prep that's dedicated to just making this meal. read more

Disappointed. Unfriendly staff even for fast food standards. Food quality does not match price. Food presentation was also very poor (even for fast food standards). My sandwich had one slice of bacon and was only on one half of the sandwich which was cut in half only half way through. Not going to back to a zaxbys again. read more

3rd time was NOT the charm for Zaxby's, but it is definitely the last time. Slow and unconcerned best describes this location. After 15 mins waiting for wings during a slow period (8pm Sunday 29 May), politely asked how much longer. Was told it takes 10 mins for wings. So 20 mins later with another follow up, we finally received our order. Overall 40 min delay for our journey. As before, chicken wings and chicken nuggets (was supposed to be fingers) were tasteless - not sure what anyone sees in this chain. read more
