I love Zaxby's. This is a great location. We generally order here for lunch during the week. I really like their new spicy powder for their french fries. I tried their new "giant" wrap (chicken bacon wrap) and was not impressed. It was half the size they look on the commercial. I wouldn't order it again. I do like the grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo garlic glaze and the Nashville hot seasoning on the fries. My husband likes the kickin chicken sandwich with a blue cheese drizzle. We recently tried the big zax snak meal when we had a bogo deal. The chicken fingers are really good, but one of mine was half the size of the other two. I highly recommend Zaxby's but this is not food you can eat in a vehicle. It's pretty messy. read more

I truly don't understand why this place has such low reviews. My family and I have come here multiple times and we've never had a big issue. Everyone has always been extremely kind and welcoming and the place is always clean. In fact, while we were having lunch there today they were wiping tables, moping behind the registers and emptying the trash bins. They have forgotten an item or two before, but they've always been extremely apologetic and fixed the issue right away, even going as far as giving us extra things for free for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd say this but the service and tenders at this location were bad today. We placed our order at 10:11 p.m. and were asked to pull forward and our order will be brought out to us. It's 10:35 and still no order. We had to call the store to tell them we were still waiting for our oder and smh they have not even started it. I'm visiting from Ny and straight from the airport my friend suggested this place. I got asian Thai wings, tenders, fries & a drink for about 11$. I forgot the name of the combo but it was really good. Taste like Buffalo Wild Wings but more reasonable sizing for your buck. I would of gave them 5 stars but the line at drive thru was about 30 mins long. Plus we had to wait for the wings. Overall will def get it again before I leave! read more

Absolutely terrible place. I never EVER leave reviews and I downloaded this app just for this review. I came into this restaurant and placed my order. We asked for a couple Zax sauce and ranch. Then we proceeded to get 1 zax sauce and 0 ranch. I politely walked to the counter and told them and asked for more. They then proceeded to make me pay extra and stand in the long line over $1. Many of the tables were dirty, food on the floor, and fountain was out of ice. It was kind of busy so I understand how tables can get dirty quickly. So any other zaxby's I have been to has always been really good and since they started with tossing the tenders in the multiple sauces they have on they're menu I been even more pleased with the meals, but this location was a disappointment (1) my meal was ready but was left up ready to be brought to me but wasn't until I finally said something (2) I got a five piece and two of the tenders we're over cooked and the chicken was barely edible and finally (3) the tenders we're barely tossed now I normally would not complain about something like this but since you have to pay for each individual tender to be tossed I would expect any cook to toss the tenders thoroughly. I really hate this. I hate giving poor reviews, but I really have no choice here. I was contemplating whether or not to give them a two or three star rating, but you come to a fast food restaurant more for the food and less for the service. The service I received was outstanding. The girl who took my order was great and helpful since it was my first time at a Zaxby's. The man I received my order from was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed or wanted. Once we pull away, park and begin eating is where things take a negative turn. The Texas toast they use on their sandwiches was completely drenched in garlic; to the point where I couldn't eat it. It was like biting into a clove of garlic. I'll eat pretty much anything and everything, but I wasn't getting this down. The fries weren't as bad, but still overly seasoned. I thought that maybe it was just mine and I happened to get a bad sandwich, but my wife's grilled cheese sandwich was the same way. Also, her cheese on her grilled cheese sandwich was barely melted and you could still clearly see the slices of cheese inside. Their chocolate chip cookies were pretty good, but that's where it ended. This was my first visit to a Zaxby's and I'm pretty sure it will be my last as well. Went through drive through and as my boyfriend was ordering , he got no greet nothing and out of no where someone in the intercom says " fuck you hoe " and after we dealt with the manager , gave us a discount and say to wait for as we were talking to the manager the cashier was giving attitude saying I was doing too much and have a bad attitude. Ignored it and waited for the food that was supposed to be 7 mins turn into 30 mins. The drive thru line was long, but it was lunch time so it was understandable. The service was great and we got our food fast. My only downside was how salty the food was.
