I've never had a bad visit to this location. Is it constantly busy in the drive through? Yes. Do they do they best to accommodate as quickly as possible? Also yes. I have received quick service and a friendly face everytime I have been here. I have placed catering orders and they were readily available upon my arrival with assistance to my car. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the staff is very clearly working. Their food is also hot and fresh. Not to mention their coca cola is crisp and delicious..EVERY TIME. I am not a huge fast food person, but every now and then on my way to work I will stop by this Chick-fil-A for breakfast. I tend to go for a breakfast burrito or a breakfast chicken biscuit. The breakfast burrito goes well with the salsa. This location is very organized with their two lines and their pick-up spaces for orders taken ahead. The line can look intimating at times but it moves pretty quickly. The staff is always friendly as well. read more

I wish I could add a negative score. This is quite possibly the worst service I've ever experienced at what is probably one of my family's favorite businesses to patronize. None of the employees appear to want to be here, which I've never seen at a chic fil a, the marketing lady is doing her very best to smile and remain professional in this jungle of a fast food environment. I expect this from other fast food places....not chic fil a. They've always maintained a professional and uplifting atmosphere. These employees here are walking around using racial slurs and laughing as they high five one another. They are arguing in front of customers and no one seems to be concerned about all of the customers in the lobby that have been waiting on food for at least 20-25 mins. Nothing feels better than being at home, especially when you live nearby a Chick-fil-A. I grew up with this branch since I was in middle school. Back then, I did not know what "going out" or "eating out" was like since I am more of a "eating at home" kind of person. I first visited Chick-fil-A with a group of friends from school. And let me tell you...I fell in love with after that first bite into their grilled chicken sandwich (with extra pickles!)..and that is still my to go sandwich (&& I rarely like to eat sandwiches or burgers)! Throughout the years, I feel like the quality and services of Chik-fil-A at the Ocoee branch (also including the ones located at Winter Garden, Waterford, and Kirkman) have improved so much. I used to hate going here, especially around lunch hours since it is always packed with people but with their most recent renovation, I do not find it to be a hassle anymore. The environment is clean. The staffs are friendly and very professional. The pace is quick. The foods is fresh, warm/hot and delicious. The soft serve is to die for especially during Florida's intense heatwave. I don't know about you but I surely do not have anything to complain about. Out of all their items on the menu, I always enjoy their grilled chicken sandwich and Cobb salad. Those two item, are by far, my favorites at Chik-fil-A! And lets not forget about their classic waffles fries and nuggets. With some Polynesian+ketchup+hot sauce combo, I am a forever happy...until I am hungry again anyway haha. Moreover, there was one particular moment that I will never forget. During that time, I was into the "salad crave" phase and I particularly like their Cobb salad description...I was hesitant to try it out at first since I did not like the cheese toppings. I asked one cashier if it is possible to get it without cheese and she answered "no" with a tone of feeling annoyed by my request. Personally, I do not mind and was mentally prepared to spend my time picking out all the cheese strands but the way she replied to my question kind of threw me off. But I was whatever about it. Though that may be, luckily, another cashier came to my rescue and said "I will take care of it...it is always possible to have your salad without cheese upon request at anytime." She was my knight in shining amor and I am grateful to encountered such an understanding individual like her. In conclusion, I love Chik-fil-A! I would love it more if they open on Sundays...haha... but I get it and I respect their choice. But oh man... I hate the feeling of spontaneously craving for CFA...to the point I would literally drive there...just to realize that it is SUNDAY! Sigh. I've been coming to this chick fila for years and can't believe I have reviewed it. *tisk, tisk* Well here we go, I enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets but recently a creamy cheesy Mac and cheese popped up and it's amazing! The food from this chain is always delicious. Every store has the same quality but the customer service is different at each location. This location is not up to par, no one pays attention to any special instructions and always forgets my salad dressings and sometimes meal. I'd like to say more but will leave it to that. read more

The drive thru employees actually handed my credit card to a car in front of me, which drove off and tried to pay their phone bill on it!!!! This store is not able to do curb side pick up. It can't take orders ahead via their app, as well. So must wait the length of the drive through. Be aware, chicken pieces taste the same as the quality that Chick Fil A is known for but the size of those pieces differ in each order as much as 3 oz. Literally the worst CFA I've ever been to! First, I mobile ordered a CFA biscuit breakfast meal and they were out of hashbrowns at 9 AM. So they literally just gave me fries, at 9am, without even saying anything until I asked. Next, when I arrived to pick up my mobile order, the employees didn't even know I also had ordered drinks. So they handed me my mobile order, turned immediately away and I had to wait even longer for the to finally notice I was still needing something. So many people were waiting and complaining as well because the employees weren't professional or courteous at all. Next, the ketchup packets provided at the front of the store we're old and full of liquid. Last, the chicken on my chicken biscuit was half the size of my other chicken biscuit I had ordered. Its always a joy to visit Chic Fil A ! The lines are always long when your using the drive thru, but they go really fast ! I dont know how they do it. I always say your better off using the drive thru because inside is just as crowded. The staff takes your order from an ipad. Its such a smart system. Once you pull up, you can ask to view the menu they have on hand. The whole process takes no more than 7 minutes. Marissa took my order and she was so informative, And happy to help! Give that girl a promotion she knows her stuff ! I was being super picky about my sandwich. I was throwing everything at her and she was handing it right back. You go girl ! Picked up my free Frosted Coffee today- a scrumptious frozen coffee/ice cream treat they promoted with free gift cards a few weeks back. This location always seems to have someone standing outside taking orders before you get to the Drive-up which makes me wonder if their speaker is broken because today I was the only car in line and usually they would only have people taking orders this way to expedite service during peak hours. The teens who work here are always extra friendly and take extra "pleasure" in serving me. They are almost always extremely neat in appearance and smiling and courteous beyond measure. They get my orders right which is my prime concern. Dining here is "my pleasure". I agree with Peter M that the strategy they employ during lunch and dinner rushes is game changing and should be implemented by other restaurants with a drive thru. They stick 2 or 3 employees outside with a tablet so they can take orders faster and help keep things moving along. I also noticed they have a stand with an umbrella as to give them some shade. I like how they show calories for all the items and of course the food is just plain good.....really good. Especially the spicy chicken sandwich......really really good. Managers are very rude to their employees. That's probably why whenever I go in, the service isn't good because the employees are so stressed! Always understaffed!!! My heart goes out to these young workers. As far as food goes, it takes FOREVER to get it. Id it a zero if I could!!! Zero in food quality , zero in customer service!!! I ordered 8 piece grilled nuggets. What I got was a bowl of shredded up chicken that was extremely greasy and in no way was even close to being chicken nuggets. I tried to eat it anyway and it was so slimy it got lodged in my throat rendering me unable to breath for approximately 1 1/2 minutes. I was gasping for breath while workers sat their and stared at me, I was very appalled not only of the junk I was given, (in no way what I ordered )and the way I was treated by the employees! I contacted Chick fil A . I felt it was important given the nature of my experience . I was told I would hear within one to two business days. Even confirming they had the right information. It's been 6 business days and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Chick Fil A , as I was told I would. Giving people the wrong order like this should be of importance , especially because of the chocking hazard that happened. But Chick Fil A does not care. My advice to anyone ordering grilled nuggets they make sure that is what they give you and not try to pass off a bowl of greasy shredded chicken. They truly don't deserve my business. read more
