The moment we walked in, Steve, the manager, acknowledged us loud and proud and made us feel genuinely welcomed. And when people were leaving, he personally thanked them. That may sound like a small thing, but those little behaviors make a HUGE difference in the customer experience. And it didn't stop there. The entire restaurant was IMMACULATE. Seriously--when was the last time you walked into a fast-food restaurant, especially a burger place, and were impressed by how clean everything was? Even the restroom was spotless! Our order was perfect, the food tasted amazing, and the hospitality was truly world-class.
