I always love eating inside at this location. This location provides a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy the fresh flowers that are always on the tables. It really elevates the experience and makes it not feel like fast food. While parking has always been an issue here, I normally park across the street in the back and walk across. The line inside moves very fast and efficiently. The customer service is great. Especially from the lovely woman that manages the dining area. She always makes sure my drink is full, I have all sauces, and want for nothing. She is the sweetest and a pleasure to talk to. The food was yummy. Chick-fil-A is so overrated, in my opinion. I only went recently because I had a gift card, and I had not eaten all day. Joining the drive-thru line here can be a hassle. This side of Waterford just doesn't have the best layout. Plenty of areas get backed up. My order taker was helpful on this visit. She kindly answered my questions and gently guided my vehicle progression. Upon my previous visit, however, I encountered a staff member who was clearly very put out that I had the audacity to ask for sauce at the order pickup window. My bad apparently. I received my order promptly once arriving to the pickup side, but the car ahead of me did not, which caused a backup. Seems everyone else in line got their order but the lead vehicle. The rest of us were trapped. Pretty annoying. The really disappointing aspect of this visit, though, was the fact that my sandwich bun (mainly bottom) was stale. It was the first thing I noticed upon taking a bite. The contents of my Grilled Chicken Club were otherwise good-tasting and fresh. No combo. Added a Kale Crunch Side. My total was over $14. Chick-fil-A is a-ok. I don't get the craziness of the drive-thru as it's not THAT good, but to each their own I guess. Lately, the food has been just ok. I've had to ask for fresh waffle fries on a few occasions as they haven't been fresh. That's such a bummer to have to ask for fresh fries. They're getting like McDonalds with that... The sandwiches are still great as is the staff at this place. They're always friendly (even though the "my pleasure" seems fake and creepy at times) and accommodating with refills of soda pops. This location is a pain to deal with though. The main road backs up and you can't even get in as the drive thru wraps around the restaurant like a boa constrictor not letting anyone else in. Even if there are parking spots, you just can't get into the lot easily. Typically, the inside isn't overly busy, but you have to get in first. Hopefully with Raising Cane's next door and another Chick-Fil-A opening near-by, it will alleviate some of the pressure this location is feeling. read more

Went for breakfast on 2/19/25 at 6 a.m. They/she got the order wrong, which happens probably 40% of the time there. I asked for non-sweetened ice tea very clearly, and got sweetened ice tea instead. I had to wait about ten minutes for her to give me the right tea. I was polite, and told her I'm going to be late for work, and maybe she could check the order better next time. I'm from out of town and passed by on the way to my hotel just to get back to my room and realize stuff was missing. Chicken minis were a little dry and pretty small. I did take out but didn't know it until I reached my destination otherwise I would have went back into the restaurant. She just hated every minute of taking our order. Thing #2 sitting on the stool under the umbrella picking her nails and crumpling up receipts couldn't be bothered to ever ask if we wanted our receipt. Or even make eye contact with us. So, it's my nieces 13th birthday! We had to cancel a party that we had planned for her and she is super bummed out. I decided to have a stay at home movie day with her and her siblings and lunch from wherever she wanted. So, of course she chose Chick-fil-A! I was worried about how long I would be sitting in the line, but I happily obliged as it was her birthday and she could have whatever she wanted. I was surprised when I pulled up! The line was in the intersection and I thought to myself, oh great, I will be here until dinner time! I was wrong! The process that they have implemented during this horrible time that we are all going through, was amazing! They had someone directing the traffic, so that people can come out of the drive-through and then people on the other side could wait to go into the drive-through. They had order takers at every point and they had installed an overpass with fans so that they would not overheat. I would often think how hot it was when they would come and take my order on a regular day, I am so glad they did this. The process that they had going was absolutely amazing and I even commended them at the window. Although, the girl inside the window handing the other girls the food did not even crack a smile. I've been going to this Chick-fil-A location for almost my entire life, and they don't disappoint in the slightest. They have the drive-thru down to a science--the lines are crazy long, but you're honestly in and out in 10 minutes which is a miracle considering the amount of orders coming in and out. I don't know what kind of dark magic they enact to get all the food out in time, but they knock it out of the park. My go-to order is the spicy sandwich, which is always stellar, but yesterday I tried out their new honey pepper pimento sandwich, and I enjoyed it a lot! The ingredients all complemented each other well and I thought it was very tasty. They just barely overdid it with the honey, so it was a bit of a sticky messy situation, but that didn't bother me much (that's what the napkins are for). Almost every time they give us the regular sandwich after even paying for the gluten free bun and it being on the receipt. The company off-road is good food with very good service, 2 things you do not always see in the landscape of fast food. The bun was super soft, the veggies were all fresh, the sauce wasn't overpowering, and the chicken was mind-blowingly juicy. The breading was perfectly fried and had a great kick to it. A really solid sandwich that I've been craving ever since I downed the last bite of it. The staff here are all insanely friendly as well. They knew they would be swamped with customers on the weekend so they made the extra effort to place two employees outside with portable card readers to make the drive-thru process a lot smoother. Staff are good but this location is always a nightmare given the parking lot itself and the madhouse nature of the Waterford lakes shopping plaza. If you were to park on the side of the restaurant where the line forms you will get trapped and be unable to leave during peak times. There are other locations to park too but the side you would not get stuck is this curbside order spots. Well the way the lot is designed you have to enter from the spot everyone does to get in the drive thru. So if someone who is not familiar with this location winds up and blocks the gap to go around that line you may be stuck in the drive-through line with no way to leave until people move forward. This is horrible and has happened before, when I use to do walk in pickup I would park in the ale house parking lot and walk across to avoid this. That's just ridiculous and completely out or the hands of the staff's performance. Speaking of curbside you're better off just getting in line for the drive thru. It's not prioritized at all at this location because it's just so busy. I don't blame them at times but when the drive through wraps around the building I rather not wait in line when I ordered a head. I have a 1.5 year old so walk in pickup is not ideal. If there is one thing to change about this spot it's the shitty ass parking and how the entire place feels like a damn pen to get trapped in. read more

Several times I've ordered and fries are soggy and Luke warm. And whatever you do- don't order curbside service. There are a lot of fast food places out there that don't offer a value menu, and it upsets me, and I don't go to those places. Chick-fil-A is the one exception to that rule of mine. They do not offer a value menu, and yet I find myself coming back here time and time again. Maybe it's because this Chick-fil-A gives me free food from time to time with their awesome promotions that get me in the door and build brand loyalty with me. Maybe it's the nicest front counter staff that I have encountered in all my time of living in Orlando. Maybe it's the fact that they don't even blink an eye when I ask for one of each sauce when I order a 30 nugget meal with my girlfriend. (Check out the photo) Whatever the reason, all Chick-fil-A food tastes pretty much the same, all of their sauces offer something unique, even though the flavor of their barbecue sauce could use some work, and even when they are busy as heck they get my order right every time. It was about 8 o'clock in the evening, and the drive-through lane was wrapped around the building, as always. We went inside ordered our ice cream and coffee. We received our coffee immediately, and we were told that the ice cream cones would be delivered to our table. My wife and I sat down, and a few minutes later the ice cream cones arrive. The employees here are always gracious, kind, and helpful. The rest of the fast food industry needs to look at Chick-fil-A for Customer Service. This is a high volume location so it's always busy here. I usually come here after work and the food are always fresh. The service is great and I always get my order right. So the drive-thru line seems crazy but it moves quickly. I love that they have staff outside to take your orders so you don't have to wait long. The staff inside are super nice and very attentive as well. They work hard and you can tell there's always someone cleaning and checking. Highly recommend their frosted coffee. This is a solid location. The service is good and the food is in line with how a C-F-A should be! It's always hopping busy. Yes. Always. Lunch? Dinner? Random time in the mid afternoon? YES! One of best things about this location is that they actually have a rover walking around the dining room during peak times. That person is checking for empty table (it's REALLY busy) and making sure they get cleaned ASAP. This person is moving around, meeting customers, getting refills, scouting for tables, and the like.
