1st time at a Zaxbys and it was pretty darn delicious at a very reasonable price. Had the chicken fingers and absolutely loved them. It was pretty busy when I was there but the food still came out in a decent time. Only complaint I had would be the drink machine. It was completely out of ice with a long line waiting. We love zaxbys salads so much! We come to Georgia on vacation for a month every year. This is our favorite zaxbys location. The workers are very friendly and the food is excellent! The restaurant is clean and welcoming!! read more

The crew at this particular Zaxby's does not know how to manage the flow of customers. I can't even explain the size of the crowd waiting to get their food. Probably took me 20 minutes to get my salad. Low rating for poor customer service no matter whether the food is good or not. read more

Zaxby's food is what it is, you know what your getting when you go there but I never expected it to be so nasty! Food all over the floor, no ice in the machine no sweet tea. The counter sticky. I understand this is a fast food chain and not upscale dining. Bathrooms were messy. Soda machine was out of ice so they put a bucket of ice on counter next to machine- not covered. Took more than 20 minutes to get my food- not exactly fast. Staff was friendly enough just took way to long to get any food. I ate the boneless wings and things with sweet and hot wing sauce and I felt sick right after I ate and later on tonight I barfed it out they gave me bad chicken I would never recommend anyone to go here if you don't want bad chicken I ordered and by the time I got my drink they had my lunch ready and the restaurant was completely full FDA should go their to see what they are doing to make people sick. read more

I do not like zaxbys. My husband is obsessed. Maybe it's a southern thing? They clearly douse their "buffalo" anything in a tub of franks hot sauce and that's about it‍ so yes it's spicy but so is a Serrano pepper. You just can't put "something spicy" on a Food and call it "buffalo." I feel everything I've tried here is utterly flavorless, the wings the salads the sandwiches....the only way to get flavor is to have them drown your food in Franks Hot Sauce and or douse it in Kens Blue Cheese dressing which doesn't ever taste like authentic Kens. Seriously still have you inside dining closed? It was extremely disappointing for us traveling in an RV looking for a quick bite inside. However had to wait to have order taken over the phone, someone come take our cash (she was nice or I would have given one star). Then be told after she brings food you're out of the sauces I ordered extra of! I was still charged for the extra sauces and given extra of a different sauce. Shame on this location. They have closed the dining room due to Covid. However, they have not provided any improvements to make up for the dining room being shut down. There is one to go window where you place your order and sit until your food is ready. Management has not done anything to account for the dining room closure. Thinking of ordering online, don't bother you still have to wait in the drive thru line to pick it up. My wife went today and the line wrapped around the building. Nobody bringing out orders just the drive thru, order and wait. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they have adapted to the "new normal". Spoke to the manager and she doesn't see a problem with the service, so it is not going to get any better. read more

Location was not clean. Empty ketchup, napkins, and utensils at the beverage stand. Restrooms were in need of cleaning. Waste cans full. Staff was friendly and attentive when asked for missing items. Overall food would have earned 4 stars, but cleanliness matters. read more

This location has been going downhill fast. Even the health department score has fallen to 87, which has been unheard of from this location till now. This visit, like many other recent visits, has been about the same. They take my money, make me pull to the other side, and wait. Now, I know that Zaxby's takes a little longer than other restaurants as they cook the food to order and I'm fine with that, but don't forget to give me items and walk away without waiting. Then I'm forced to get out of my car and come in or drive-thru AGAIN (what's the point of the drive-thru again?). You're representatives used to go above and beyond, but those people likely left due to poor management. This trip you didn't give me any dressing for my Zalad even after asking multiple times and reading back the order. You also forgot about my drink. Seriously?! This location has gone from one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond Hill to one of the worst. Please take note to correct course. Also, I'd still like my drink!!! I know it's unlikely anyone will read this and attempt to fix anything, but at least I got to rant. read more

I love Zaxby's I eat at several locations . I ate at the RH location on Sunday evening and they had no Zaxby's sauce I LOVE the stuff!!
