Just don't go. I will not even write a long review because the food was that bad and the customer service is worse.

I will never eat at the Robertsdale Zaby's again, not because the food was bad, but because of the lack of customer service by a manager and their chicken fingers are not good without Zaxby's sauce. I purchased two Big Zaxks, went home and found out there was no sauce. I called the store and spoke to a manager who offered me extra sauce with my next purchase.. That is the worst offer I have ever had from a fast food business in my life. I paid for a product that I did not get and I was offered extra sauce with my next purchase, should I have excepted the extra sauce for future screw ups? read more

Awful service. Awful food. Waited forever to get my order, it was the wrong order, then brought my actual order and it included soggy fries and very burnt fried pickles that were not edible. I do not understand why they were even served. I know people make mistakes and have bad days but this is the third terrible experience I've had so I'm definitely done here! read more

Blue salad had a taste of chemical residue and every single thing we got we took two or three bites of and threw in the garbage. I don't know what the problem is here, but it points to leadership. After seeing the commercial for "Asian Slaw" and egg rolls played over and over I decided to go try both! Egg roll was hot and crispy...but was mushy inside containing only cabbage and carrots! Huge disappointment!! If you're going to try to copy Asian food the least you can do is serve something that is on par with Asian food!! The "Asian slaw" was just regular old cole slaw!! Wtf?? Why tell me you're serving Asian slaw if it's just a typical cabbage slaw found at any fast food restaurant?? Since they were promoting all this with the sandwiches and salads served with a spicy dressing I decided to get a side of the dressing to see if it would save the Asian concept. The dressing they are serving resembles spicy Thai chili sauce. Hot and spicy with a serious bite, it is sweet as well but much spicier than the typical Thai sweet chili. I never ever give only a one star rating, but this is well deserved. First, this is probably the only Zackby's where we weren't greeted. We had to wait for the girl to take our order as she was engrossed in a personal conversation. EVERY table was dirty, had to ask for a cloth to clean the table and seats. Got our order and mine was wrong... Asked for bone in original wings, got boneless which were over cooked and extremely dry with a weird texture. Decided to go to Zaxby's for a quick lunch. (We normally LOVE Zaxby's. I don't normally eat a lot at once so I save some of it for a little later. When going to eat one of the chicken fingers and it literally has something growing on it. When I called and spoke with a manager and told her she said that she knew it wasn't but to bring the picture to her. So we went back to Zaxby's and I showed her the picture and she admitted that something was growing on it or at least appeared that way. Thankfully got my money back and didn't get sick. The worst sandwich I've ever eaten, AND they got my order wrong. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, but they gave it to me grilled. I went through the drive-thru and didn't have time to go back and correct the order. I figured it wasn't the end of the world, but then I tried to eat it. The chicken was rubbery, EEEW. Chewy, rubbery and wet, it was like the chicken was sweating. The bread was soggy and the tomato was mealy and squishy. The sandwich was so disgusting that I gave up after two bites, in fact I spit out the last bite because it was inedible. I only give Zaxby's two starS because the girl working the drive-thru window was very nice and all she did was hand me the bag full of rubbery chicken. read more

After going during dinner rush, our food was cold and our boneless wings were almost rock solid. After calling the restaurant and speaking to Rocky, the manager on duty, he asked us to come in and he personally fixed the whole order for us and even included complimentary cookies, a sweet tea, and some free sauce for our troubles. He handled the situation very professionally and I couldn't be happier with the food we got the second time around. Thanks Rocky! read more

I had a coupon for a BOGO 50% off for a fried patty meal. I asked if it would be possible to get one of the patties grilled because I can't eat the breading. I was refused because the coupon ( it was a coupons purchased from a school fund raiser) said fried. My husband and I left without making a purchase. Didn't realize it would be so difficult to accommodate customers. People who are gluten free or have health issues need a grilled option. read more

This place comes across as very corporate. So much so that I couldn't really tell what they were going for. The setup was for fast food, but the time it took to get the food was likened to a sit down cafe. The salads are good and large, but the fries... im pretty sure were just Walmart frozen fries with Tony's seasoning on it. The sauce was an imitation of raisin cane's sauce but was not as good. The store was very clean but there is very little authenticity here. Great place for a salad but I'm not sure why they put a toasted piece of wonderbread on top of it read more
