Ate at the one in Ruston years ago, didn't like it. Today after washing my truck I was looking for something fast to eat on the way home so I drove next door and ordered the signature sandwich. Go through drive thru and ask if there's a fork in bag to be able to eat coleslaw Girl in window says yes. Pull forward and check bag (you guessed it) no fork Park to inside and the same girl says she didn't bag it. So I ask why she said yes if she didn't know. All I get is attitude. It's been a long time so I figured I'd give this place another try. All it did was remind me why I stopped coming in the first place. The fries were soggy. The chicken was dry. I asked for honey mustard instead of zaxby sauce. I get home and I have two zaxby sauces and one ranch sauce. No honey mustard. Seriously. The chicken was alright, not as good as canes or southern classic for sure. Not a great variety of sauce and they don't have gravy which is strange for a tender place in the south. Tried the peach tea and it was undrinkable; almost like straight peach syrup. Staff was super nice and food came out hot and quick, just not my favorite selection, variety or taste. read more

Waited 20 minutes before walking inside to find my order just sitting on the counter and not one employee was concerned that a drive-through order had to walk inside to get their order after 20 minutes while watching plenty of other drive-through orders come and go. read more

Not the best chicken in town, but the service is friendly, environment is nice, and the selection of different types of food is good.

We waited in line for an hour and 15 mins, which was fine because of the snow storm. We totally understand the wait and were just happy they were open. We had meals for 4 and drinks, a jug of iced tea and an order of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms and the tea were what i was really excited about. They gave us a big bag for the meals and another bag we thought had mushrooms. Got all the way home-no mushrooms. Ugh! Its so aggravating! Did i go back? Um no. The line was out in the main road when we left there was no way i could go back. I just wish i had checked my bags but then again why aren't THEY checking our bags?! read more

I was bummed when they didn't participate in the Teacher Appreciation promotion, but I find their wings to be ok, better than some competitors. However, I was dying for wings the other day, so I drove at least 15 miles this location. Went through the drive thru, and while the workers were sweet, it was clear these wings were NOT fresh. They were hard and dry, and came out in about 5 minutes. I've been inside, and I know that even on a slow day, it takes longer because they cooked them to order. Fortunately, when I returned the good and requested a refund, there was no argument and the manager apologized. Just disappointed that I drove that far and the food was not fresh. My family and I love the food at Zaxby's, but when we visited a location on Mansfield road in Shreveport, we were very disappointed. The store hours are 10am-10pm, also we called earlier in the day to confirm the hours and they were correct, yet when we arrived at 9:15pm, the doors were locked and the workers were reluctant to let us in. Upon ordering we found out that they were out of salads and wings. We chose not to stay since 4 of us were planning on having salads. I do not recommend visiting this Zaxbys, and will not return to that location. read more

Maybe it was a bad night,or the good fry cook had the night off, IT WAS THE WORST CHICKEN EVER. Dry, batter peeled off stripes so they had to sat under a heat lamp. Will try one more time, but this visit was definitely a huge ZERO. read more

This has to be the worse one in town. Although the food was descent, they couldn't get the order right. The girl at the register had no clue what was on the menu. The soda machine was backed up and flowing all over the floor, and after being notified, they did nothing. To top everything off, both my daughter and I went to the restrooms to wash up and neither sink had running water!!!! So if you think these employees are washing their hands after their use.....think again!!! read more
