We knew it was going to be a long wait, so we were happy when we got the email that it was finally our turn for install! The three guys that did our install were very professional and worked very hard. They were here during the hottest week of August, so I give them huge props for getting everything done. They did some small bush and tree removal before the fence install. They got rid of all the debris, left the yard in great condition when they left, and most importantly, the fence looks great! We have some other projects on our dreamboats - we will definitely be contacting them again for their help!

We had purchased plank flooring for an install and had to remove our carpeting on our own. When we…read moredid, we found a gyp-Crete floor which was in dire need of repair and leveling. This needed to be done before our flooring contractor could install the plank flooring. Time was an issue so we found Prime Lux Builders and Jose was professional in his review of our issue and fair in his quoting of the project. Every project is different so won't go into all the details except to say that he was able to get the job done in a day. There were some anomalies after the floor dried/cured and they promptly came back to fix those anomalies to our satisfaction. Jose and his team were courteous, professional, prompt. The work was done with attention to detail and to our satisfaction and at a fair cost to us. Customer service is as important to me as the quality and Prime Lux Builders checked the box on both of these areas for me.
