On the day of the install, a sub contractor showed up instead of Bedford Home Improvement employees. Bruce was at my home for the first 30 minutes then left. The sub contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done in one day they did not replace some of the plywood that the contract stated would be replaced. As result the roof shingles are lifting in some areas which will impact the life of the roof. I had called, texted and e-mailed Bruce with limited response saying he will take care of it. After months of trying to resolve this I am now taking him to small claims court. I wish I had not used Bedford Home Improvement. Bob B.

We had our house painted and had some structural repairs and finish work done. His prices are very fair compared to others, and his business success is mostly by word-of-mouth. His employees are very considerate and make it a point to clean up at the end of each day's work. Bruce is very particular about the work he and his crew performs for his customers. In particular is Bruce's follow-up after the work is completed, both near-term, and a year later, to confirm we were still satisfied with his work, or if anything needed to be addressed. You just can't find a contractor like that anymore and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
