I went here to get the car cleaned to get all the nasty snow and salt off. I Always bring a towel with me because usually these places never really fully dry the car and I didn't want the doors to freeze. What I don't expect, especially when buying the most expensive package, is to still have soap On the car. It was on the whole left side, the back under part of the hatchback and the front right. I wish I could give zero stars. On the day after Thanksgiving, Roger, who claims to be the manager of this franchise (with no owner according to him), attempted to change the oil in my daughter's car. He reported that the previous mechanic stripped the bolt and only replaced the filter. When I returned home, less than three miles away, oil was draining from my car onto my driveway, leaving a stain that is still there. Since then, the car has been serviced by my daughter's regular mechanic in Southfield. He was appalled that Zazz would let me leave the premises with the car leaking oil. Now, my daughter has been smelling smoke and had to return the car because apparently, the plate is cracked. While it's drivable, it needs another repair which will cost $850. When I called to speak to the owner, Roger refused to give me his name and claimed there was no way to tell who worked that day without the receipt. He admitted that it happens "all the time" that they, a facility that does oil changes, cannot in fact do the job. When pressed for the owner's name and telling him that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, he told me that we were not getting anywhere and hung up on me. A moment later, he called me back and admitted that he had the receipt and that he in fact was the person who worked on my car. He also claimed that because he did not do the oil change, there's no way that he could've done anything to damage the car. He still claims that there is no owner because this is a franchise and was rude beyond belief. This review is only my first step in addressing this issue. I will ensure that my experience is known to protect other customers from such unprofessional and dangerous service. read more

I was trapped in car wash 1 hour before they came to fix it. I called at least 5 times. I was told he's the only person in gas station and the other guy is working on car. It wasn't until I left a message about calling the fire department that someone came to reset it. I called at 12:58p they didn't come out until 1:59p. I will not be going back. They cared nothing about my time or safety. read more

The soft touch wash is not doing two passes on my vehicle anymore! It only does one pass backwards and that does not wash my front bumper every time please fix this!! otherwise, this car wash used to do a good job on my car not anymore! read more

Paid for a car wash & the car wash was broken. Went inside to get my money back & they didn't give me my money back. Never coming back. Put an out of order sign up if you're not going to refund people their money for a broken service. They may have cheap gas prices or a really cool convenience store inside but just don't go. The service here sucks. I used the car wash on Monday, December 18. I have to say I would have been better off rolling down my window and just throwing out $6. The car wash is a no touch car wash and I don't know if it was the cold weather, but my car was just as filthy after. I had a lot of salt on my car, but I expect a car wash to actually get the salt off. I have pictures of my car when I stopped. I stopped at another car wash after and my car got cleaned finally. read more

More than just an oil change... my daughter needed an oil change, which she received...without all the upsell you get at all the other oil change options. But the manager noticed the car didnt sound right and asked a few questions. She explained she had been in an accident. He then really checked things out and realized the car was not properly put back together. He offered to go with her to the dealership so they wouldnt take advantage of her again. Which he did. He also offered to go back with her when the car was done for pick up to be sure it was truly corrected. WAY beyond the call of duty. I will never get my oil change anywhere else ever again. 2/25/18 1:00 PM No paper in pump 6 to get receipt, since I'm filling a company vehicle I need receipts. So my back is killing me and winds blowing 20 mph and it hurts to walk today. I went inside and asked to get a receipt on pump 6 please, but, I was obviously inconveniencing this young man, since his friend and him were very busy checking out what was on his friends cellphone. I then get my receipt and start walking out as he makes a derogatory comment as I'm walking out the door, he yells Thankkksss Budddiieee. Really, is that smart mouthed comment necessary. I guess he just he just wanted to show me who's in charge. Well I was filling up my fleet of vehicles for my company , a 50 year old Wholesale Distributor at Zazz on a regular basis. I will now go elsewhere, there are plenty of "good " people to buy gas from. read more

The oil change: I witnessed employee berating his girl Friend for 30 minutes on the phone while I waited for oil change. I notified the owner and he dismissed me only to say, he'd probably fire him. I came back a month later only to see that he was still working there. Don't get oil change or car wash. read more

This facility does my oil changes on all of my vehicles. In passing I told the desk clerk that I was taking my car to the dealership to get looked at as i thought it was leaking fluid,he got the shop manager and he went well above and beyond to make sure that their weren't any issues! Not only did he make sure my car was perfect, he fixed my windshield wiper sprayers, changed the wiper blades, inspected my vehicle, and washed it! I work in car dealerships across the country and I rarely find customer service that comes anywhere close to comparing how I was treated here. The manager here is top notch. I recommend Zazz for oil changes to everyone. read more

Their touchless car wash is great for car guys like me who don't want their car scratched up from the brushes norm washers have. Don't get gas from them though because it's garbage gas. Go to Speedway or Mobil. read more

The oil change portion was probably taken over under new management cause they were amazing! They came and offered me a oil change when I was in line for the car wash. The service and price was unbelievable. They gave my son a sucker, a free air fresher, and a free car wash. The price was still under 25.00 out the door. I found my new oil change place. read more

Went in to get an oil change as my warranty requires all fluid changes to be done be a certified shop. Went smooth, I was in and out quickly. It wasn't until later when looking over their work I realized they'd put washer fluid in my coolant reservoir. Not sure how a professional shop could mess something like that up but sure enough they did. My car requires dexcool (orange in color) the fluid they used was clear/blue. Obviously I will be taking it elsewhere to have all the fluids flushed because I cannot trust these individuals with my vehicle. If you're reading this, you have been warned. read more
