Review for Gutter Installation I been having moisture collect on my roof in during the early morning, and then it drips off of the edge of my roof. It caused unwanted muddles no matter if it would rain or not. I reached out on yelp and just sent a project detailing what my issue was: flat roof with no attic, dew moisture dripping off of the edge of the roof all year round, and was looking for seamless gutter install for the whole perimeter of my house. I have no idea how gutters work and just thought I needed all around my house. A couple of companies reached out to my project inquiry. One wouldn't come to my house, but said that they would do a satellite view and give me an estimate. This seemed sketchy and made me not want to work with them, especially after their estimate for a whole house gutter install (which was unbelievably expensive). I read the reviews of A-Z Solutions and everyone complemented Greg on his professionalism and communication. I experienced that first hand. Greg came over, and I told him I wanted to do a full house gutter. He walked with me around my house and educated me that gutters should be placed where the slope of the house is. He said he didn't want to charge me to install materials that I didn't need. I accepted his proposal the same day, which I deemed to be fair and reasonable. He came to my house again and explained again where the gutters and downspouts would be. The crew who installed my gutters were also just as kind and educated me about the process. I chose Bronze because of its two toned appeal in sunlight. Right now, it doesn't match the color of my house. We had A to Z install seamless rain gutters and they look great! As all of the other reviews mention, working with Greg was easy and enjoyable. We got several other quotes, including one from Leaf Filter. That quote was a full blown sales presentation that was too over the top and trying to sell their preferred product, not what was best for my property. Greg was honest, open, and willing to answer my many questions, in person or through text/call. The process was also way more affordable but still for good quality. There was no pressure, which I appreciated. The installation crew was great and Greg made sure we were happy before the crew left. I got my roof replaced by A to Z solutions. They were able to break down the information for me on how they were gonna repair it and broke down the steps so I could translate to my mom. They brought samples of the products they were gonna use and also helped us get the permit to get the roof repaired. After getting so many quotes from different roofers, we came to the conclusion that they were our best choice, not only because of the knowledge they showed but also because of the price point. The workers that came and replace the roof where also kind and patient and any questions that came up they where able to explained to us, they worked fast and did a great job on replacing the roof. I had multiple leaks on my roof for my business, I called A to Z and they responded very fast and came out to do an inspection and gave me a free estimate, Greg was very thorough with the inspection and after he was done he had pictures and everything to show and explain what was causing the leaks and was very knowledgeable in explaining the reasons and the fix it needed to solve all the issues, after comparing his estimate with 2 other quotes I decided to go with them because I felt I was in good hands. For his Christmas present, my husband wanted to have our rain gutters cleaned. A to Z was quick to respond to my Yelp project. Greg made an appointment to inspect the site and give an estimate. He showed up on time. He promised to give us two estimates - one to clean the existing gutters and one to upgrade to new. Greg followed through on his promise and emailed those estimates. The other gutter company did not provide any estimates in the timeframe they promised. (A to Z's estimate was within $300 of this other company's. We went with A to Z because we liked Greg's professionalism and integrity - a man of his word.) So, when Greg reached out and offered a discount on the project, we decided to go with A to Z. I requested a reroofing job on Yelp on a Saturday and Greg from A to Z Solutions contacted me very soon. Since I wasn't able to be onsite at the time, unlike many other contractors, Greg agreed to take an onsite survey next day without me being present, and gave me an honest suggestion and price afterward, right off the bat. I instantly decided to move forward with him. 1 day later, Greg even offered me a discount if I can arrange to do it sooner, on a Wednesday. This particular job was tricky because the job site is a roof that we share with our neighbors, who by that time had not even agreed. We presented the proposal to them and they verbally agreed, so I moved forward by signing the contract with Greg. Greg's team had an early start on Wednesday, and had done a fantastic job with our roofs. They dealt with the gravel and tar old roofs and replaced rotten plywood as needed, finished with a torch-down new roof. Everything was done very professionally. Even though there was some question raised by our neighbors regarding whether all wooden decks need to be replaced, or just as needed, we finally settled and everyone was happy.
