She was unavailable at the time I called back so I requested that she call me back but she never did. At the actual oil change appointment I engaged with a different employee who was an advisor. She was pleasant and communicated well. My service was completed in a timely manner. During another visit for a recall on my vehicle, the service was taken care of in a reasonable time & the advisor was pleasant. She actually decided to purchase a different car than she first had her eye on. The entire experience was wonderful. This was my daughter's first car purchase and we should have just done the research on this place. She had the first time auto loan approved and her father stopped there. They shined that baby blue Nissan Sentra up and sold my poor young adult a lemon with a leaky and poor transmission. They talk like they are reputable but they are hateful and money hungry people. I think I recall the co-owner saying he had a young daughter. I just wonder if he'd put her in a vehicle that is unsafe with a slipping transmission. Speaking as a former customer who had issues on a pre-owned Honda Pilot bought from here, I will not recommend this dealer. We thought maybe the Pilot issues were a one off thing, but after this second experience, nope. Also, reviews on Google mention the same issues - so this isn't just an isolated experience.
