I live in Florida so I was pretty much purchasing blind folded until Omar sent videos and was very engaging in terms of communication. I decided to take a ride to NC to see it in person and everything was as he stated via the phone & videos. They even shipped it to me at NO CHARGE! Great experience, I highly recommend. I purchased a 2009 BMW 335i from RDU Auto a couple of months ago. Since then, lots of issue have been popping up on the vehicle. I have driven this vehicle less than 1000 miles. The first thing that I noticed after purchase is that one of the tires is damaged and needed a plug. Next, this vehicle has tint on it that would absolutely under no circumstances pass an NC state inspection. How did they get this vehicle to pass with the tint? Hmmmm....... Next up, the driver side rear window regulator broke the very first time I lowered it. A very basic inspection would have caught this issue, but I guess we don't do those....... And the big one. After about a month of driving, the car suddenly stopped making boost completely. I get a half-engine light when the car nears 3000rpm. This issue has been diagnosed as a wastegate issue which will cost me near a grand to fix. On top of this, I was accused multiple times of trading in a vehicle with major issues. If the vehicle would have had any issues, I would have just kept it myself and fixed it. They inspected and drove the vehicle before quoting me a trade-in value, which I agreed on. How were there suddenly issues after the car was traded in? Why did their inspection not catch whatever issues they thought my trade-in had? If you buy a car here, I highly recommend making sure you have a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle ahead of time. I was naive for thinking that the place that I worked at wouldn't sell me a lemon, but here I am with almost $2000 in estimates to fix preexisting issues.

She received excellent customer service and had all of her questions answered. I went back with her the next day (today) to check out the car she liked. Mo was very professional and helpful. Mo was very upfront, honest and sincere, and explained everything to my daughter with patience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to make another purchase at Brother Auto Sales, and I highly recommend them!

This was my daughter's first car purchase and we should have just done the research on this place. She had the first time auto loan approved and her father stopped there. They shined that baby blue Nissan Sentra up and sold my poor young adult a lemon with a leaky and poor transmission. They talk like they are reputable but they are hateful and money hungry people. I think I recall the co-owner saying he had a young daughter. I just wonder if he'd put her in a vehicle that is unsafe with a slipping transmission. We got this car in May and since then its been trouble. They will say they are willing to help with the issue and send you to their mechanic who will charge full price. That isn't helping or good business, as they know what they are selling before you walk put if the door.. There isn't alot more to say about this just much anger and frustration because it's our young daughter and her first car.. It ws a huge mistake on our her dad's end. He made a purchase way too fast so the only thing I can do is pray that we can get my poor daughter out of the trash we were sold and warn EVERYONE I CAN about this so called business. It's a shame and a disgrace but they will get it back because based on the reviews, selling trash vehicles is their practice.

The check engine light came on the very next day, and within a week, I was facing a $2,500 repair bill. I've only had the car for two weeks. I trusted the owner and explained that I needed a reliable vehicle for my son since our current one already had issues. He reassured me that this was a good, dependable car -- but now I'm left with two vehicles that both have problems. I've tried reaching out and even went by the shop to get a resolution, but haven't received any help or response.

Paid him CASH 6500 for the 2009 Murano and an additional 700 dollars for taxes and title, which I thought was a bit much. Car was back in his shop two days later leaking power steering fluid. All he did was fill the car with more power steering fluid. 3 days later the same problem occurred. Was told to take the car to Grecham Lake repair shop and was charged $492 for repair. Owner agreed to pay part which was only $50 that I still haven't received. These ppl don't stand by their word and didn't care that the car needed major repairs. The engine light is on now because the catalytic converter is shot. So much for customer service. WARNING. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They ripped me off big time and will not make good on their word.

I have actually never gone to a small used car sales places, and ended up at Zed Motors because I had done research on 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee's in the Raleigh area, and my 1st stop was Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. My thoughts were, that a big dealership would have the best cars and best service after the deal, as well as more trustworthy, so I thought.. What I actually found is the opposite! The Lexus Dealer had a Jeep that had paint bubbling up on the hood....all across the hood!!! Also found it on the sides and rear qtr. panel. The seat belts were very dirty, it seemed more like a car that would be found at a small shady looking car sales. We left the Lexus dealership and went to Zeds Motors. It was small but pretty nice. We pulled in to find Addie washing the Jeep and finished it up. He pulled it over so that we wouldn't have to walk on the wet pavement. He left us alone to look it over, and offered a test drive after answering all of our questions and giving us the CarFAX report. It had a clean report, no accidents at all and all services performed. He allowed us to drive it, without having to accompany him along. It was a very nice ride. I have owned a few Jeeps over the years and this was a VERY NICE vehicle. Addie was so very kind, generous, courteous, respectful..... I could go on and on. He was excited for me, that I was approved for financing on my own, without needing my husband to sign, also. He was top notch from start to finish, and I couldn't say this enough. I have always attached a stigma to small self owned auto sales business', but today, totally changed my mind. My observation about this Zed Motors, is they take great pride is obtaining and selling high quality autos and giving top notch service to their customers, at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

I had made an offer online, really low, with no expectations whatsoever of them accepting the offer. Having done this tactic with other dealers, what I expected was for him to tell me he couldn't do that, but if I came in for a test drive then I could talk with his manager about the price and maybe his manager could work something out, maybe not. That is how you do business and that is how you get customers through the door. Instead, I was basically chastised and spoken to like I was stupid for offering such a low price. Still interested in this car, I made the suggestion of perhaps coming in and maybe meeting at a price that's more comfortable for both of us. The sales rep said there was now a deposit on the car and someone was coming in to buy it. I said, OK please let me know if something goes wrong and it doesn't get sold. That was when kevyn got really rude with me, asked in a condescending kind of way why I would even be interested in buying that car at such a low price, and basically insinuated that I shouldn't do business with them if I was going to make low offers. A good salesman would've said, we will let you know if something goes wrong with the sell and end it if they didn't want to deal with the customer anymore. A GREAT salesman would've offered vehicles in a lower price range to try and entice the customer into buying something else. Not Kevyn. He was both arrogant and condescending. I would hope this dealership has better quality sales reps than Kevyn, because this seemed like a good place, but unforgettably had the worst experience before I even made it in.
