[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very friendly staff who greet you when you walk in the door.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Checkin Paperwork was done very quickly and efficiently. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When nurse came to bring to back she was very friendly as well and made sure all information matched and everything was thoroughly explained.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]All staff encountered were very caring and made sure all the my needs were met while I was waiting for my procedure and after during the recovery process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would absolutely recommend Sahara Surgery Center as a place to have any procedures done by Innovative Pain Care ranging from the RFA to epidural injections.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Thank you to all the staff here for their amazing patient care.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had surgery on my finger this morning. So kind and caring. I would give them more stars if I could!

Ice is in this photo as to show how unbearably cold it was on Thais office
    Andrea M.

I arrived to the front desk staff having heaters and a heating pad on. It was so cold that I finally had to leave after being in the back and the doctor being late. It was unbelievably cold and I would never schedule anything here. I had to keep going outside to warm up and I had a sweatshirt on in the summer. They said it was cold for "hygienic " reasons. Well u guess having the temperature at sub human degrees I guess any bacteria would die. No thanks for this place

Liz is hands down the best nurse I've ever experienced and met. She is literally what everyone dreams of when getting assigned a nurse. Someone who truly cares, keeps it real and extremely passionate. Doctor Chan I believe performed my leg surgery and I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you to this phenomenal staff for caring so intently for me during this rough time. You guys are so awesome. Sincerely, thank you so much. The entire staff is goated! Liz, I hope the best things that life has to offer happen for you. You were my guardian angel this time around. Update, I was moved to non critical after a day of treatments and care. Dr Wu was very helpful and knowledgeable yet personable. Dr Patel is definitely charismatic, personable and helpful. The nursing staff were genuinely caring especially Yessica, Haylee, Sherilyn. Sherilyn took care of me with zero signs of annoyance every time while rapidly assisting me and genuine cared for my well being as a person. When I vomited, she was patient and genuinely caring. She rapidly yet constantly provided me with food when I asked for food after no solid food for approx 24h. Haylee stood out by how much she cares for her patients in making sure I was fed which is a big deal because I hadn't had a meal in over 24 hours. Though a nurse in training, Southern Hills would be unwise to not hire Haylee as a nurse when the opportunity arises. Yessica, just wow. The nurse that everyone would want. She acted like a patient advocate and helped in make sure surgery heard my concerns. While helping me she seemed genuinely concerned. So Yessica I would say: efficient, patient, professional and a true patient advocate (aka nurse). Southern Hill is very fortunate to have her. Would I return as a patient in need. Yes.

BOTH DOCTORS ARE HEAVEN SENT!!! When I walked into the hospital that morning, on a walker and did NOT stand up straight!!! Not to mention had a few falls. I was there for 4 days before being transferred to MountainView's Rehab. I was so excited, I can't wait to get up and move around. Uh oh - here comes these headaches. So on 4.22.26 Dr. Garber & Dr. Kiss performed "a durotomy repair." Again, another successful surgery! Back to 4 North I go through the motions, onto the road to recovery. I heard them complain about other patients about pain meds. I came in for a different reason, and for the duration I have been here, I've listened and accepted what they've given me (which have had produced negative outcomes). When they've forgotten something, they then tried to tie me in to the blame since I also didn't remember it. Excuse me? I'm literally a patient. If someone checks in because they can no longer self manage their health, and it then becomes that person's responsibility to reach out for help, how are people like myself supposed trust I'm in good hands and for what reason am I asking for help, just to get backhanded with a finger pointing game? I can't get treated here anymore. They're being paid so much they can't relate to their patients, anyone outside of it. Very elitist behavior. It's dysfunctional. They're so detached. They don't have the right to pretend they made no mistakes. It's permeated the Healthcare field, the stoicism and bias seen here. I'm absolutely disappointed, can't even expect the basic levels of cooperation. For further context, I almost passed out. I experienced this feeling before, and wanted to address it. So I came in, and they look at everything else unrelated. The nurses don't seem to care about actually addressing the issues. Some of the equipment is outdated and broken, the lowest quality. There's no diversity in how patients like me would be perceived because of the culture here. I'm in the position of having to try and prove why I need to be treated. That's messed up.

The nurse tells me that I will continue to cry until I quit moving. My pain level was 10+, agony. She said that she can give one pain pill, than sat in front of her computer without another word. Now I am taken to my room, still crying in pain. Nurses get me settled in. I noticed that my bed is inflating and deflating and every time it does that, excruciating pain. The nurses come back in an hour for a check, I asked them to please turn the mechanism off that is making the bed do this. So the nurse it pushes some button and leaves. Lo and behold, the bed is still doing this. Another person comes in and I tell them the same thing, they push some buttons and leave, again the bed is still inflating and deflating. This cycle goes on from 3 in the afternoon until 9:30, I ask every person that comes into my room to please fix my bed. At this point I am thinking that they're just sadistic and enjoy seeing patients in pain. I was already in pain from the surgery and then they caused me more for 6 1/2 hours. The nurse in charge that evening said that she would have her manager or supervisor come talk to me, no one ever showed up. They finally replaced the bed. The nurses during the day were also an hour to almost 2 hours late, giving me my pain medication. My pain never went away during the day. I cried non stop from the time I woke up from surgery about noon until 2am, the next day. During the day, I also rang a nurse because I had to go to the bathroom. It took them 45 minutes to come help me. By the time a nurse got to my room and assisted me getting up, I peed all the way to the bathroom. How humiliating! Since the manager or supervisor never came to my room so that I could voice my complaints, Henderson Hospital has given me no choice but to air my grievances here. What a miserable stay, I cannot wait to go home.
