They had already checked on my insurance coverage, which takes a load off our minds right away. The optometrist, was amazing, and friendly! I could tell when I walked in people feel comfortable and cared for there. She took a full hour with me and explained different procedures with me, such as cataracts, contacts, bi- focals, eyelid correction& answered all my questions! Coming from a background where my brother Dr Dale Van Dyke, was always our family optometrist! I had moved back to Grandville and he was retired, so I tried the fast paced eye care places,like RX OPTICAL, etc...only to find rushed , and assembly line care. It was difficult to get answers and the followup I needed. I will follow up on this, later this year. Thank you WOODBRIDGE for being in Grandville! My regular ophthalmologist retired so my GP recommend this Marko doctor whose staff was not gentle & when I talked with him he disagreed & asked me to leave.
