After working with many agents over the years, we were introduced to Rachael Orlando of the…read moreSouthbound Group. Rachael worked with us traveling all over the state looking for a unicorn in this crazy market and assisting in closing on a perfect investment. Rachael's kindness, personality, professionalism and tenacity are great assets to have as a realtor. On top of that, her attention to detail and deep resource pool assisted in avoiding unnecessary horrific expenses. When it came time for negotiations, she was there for us and represented our best interests. I always felt comfortable with our conversation and her representation. Often it is hard to justify the amounts paid in a real estate transaction. However, I feel that with the requirements presented and the amount of documentation, the hard negotiations and time spent looking at property, Rachael was underpaid for the value of her services provided. More agents need to work with their clients, like Rachael does. Honestly, Integrity, Respectfully, Accurately and Timely!

They made sure all the deadlines were done on time. As well amazing recommendations for lenders, inspections! From looking at 9+ houses in a two day period without my husband. To putting in an offer on our dream home! They made sure everything went smoothly and comfortable! And found us our dream home! They checked all the boxes of what we were looking for! They valued everything we said! 10/10 service from them! I thought buying a house in a different state would be difficult but they made it all so easy! Thank you so much southbound group!

Although we purchased in a different location, we had to stay with Tyler at Marshall Reddick because of the amazing service. After several weeks of research, he found us the next perfect purchase. His connections and network made it possible to get a deal done. We are thankful for him & his team for their efforts. Me and my wife cannot recommend Tyler or Marshall Reddick highly enough.

Extremely frustrating experience…read more Before signing my lease, I made it very clear that having a reliable A/C system was a necessity for me. I explained that I understood repairs could take a few days if something needed to be fixed, but I never expected to deal with ongoing A/C problems for more than 2 months. Since moving in, the A/C has repeatedly stopped working. I have now been informed that drywall will need to be removed so that ductwork can be installed to vents that were apparently never connected to the A/C system. Finding out that the home has missing or improperly connected ductwork after moving in is extremely concerning. I also never received a move-in inspection before taking possession of the property. Because I rented the home sight unseen, I expected there to be an opportunity to document the condition of the property when I moved in. That never happened. Now I'm almost positive I'll lose my security deposit even with all the videos and pictures I took prior to moving my stuff in. If you are considering renting through Marshall Reddick, I would strongly recommend documenting everything yourself, keeping all communication in writing, and thoroughly inspecting the property before signing or taking possession. And if A/C is a BIG make-it or break-it, like it is for me, then good luck trying to get them to put it into your lease contract. They'll just reassure you it will be just fine. Then months later during the summer you barely have A/C.
