I was able to use the Yelp app to send Nathan pictures of the two locks and he determined right off that I needed a new front door lock kit and a repair to the gate lock. I found Nathan to be quick and reliable in setting up his visit to our house. Before he came to the house, he helped me find the exact replacement for the front door lock kit. I ordered it and had it here when he came to our house 2 days later to install. Nathan loved our two big dogs, which is a real plus. When finished, the front door opens and closes, locks and unlocks. Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. The living room TV was a 77 inch tv with mount & wiring the cables through the walls so it looks clean. The other TV's were for my garage & home office. This morning I took my dead 2019 PC computer to uBreakiFix. I had already diagnosed the problem as…read morea faulty RAM issue probably requiring the replacement of my RAM chips. All that I wanted to do was revive the machine. The repair technician Valerie confirmed my analysis. As the machine had two RAM chips, one 8 GB, the other 4 GB, she suggested that it might be possible to revive the machine if the 4 GB chip was defective. Simply taking it out would leave an 7 GB RAM chip which was sufficient for the machine to run. So she took it out, we rebooted the machine, and to my pleasant surprise it worked. As I plan to buy a new PC immediately, the 8 GB RAM chip will suffice for my needs. Valarie saved me the ~$125 cost of a new 16 GB RAM chip. She refused to accept any payment for her work.

Joe, the friendly and helpful locksmith, arrived on time and completed a skilled installation of the new lock set. A new hole in the door was necessary since we were changing the type of lockset.
