I was really disappointed, but misunderstandings happen. I reached out to him to reschedule, I apologized for the misunderstanding and sent him screenshots to explain why I wasn't expecting them. I figured after working with him for 8 years, in my home and at work was worth trying to overlook a misunderstanding. His response was that he would do the work I ate half the cost of his guys labor, no apology or recognition that he dropped the ball.
