I think I paid about a 17 dollar premium per pod (which is a lot considering the pods are usually only $28-$32). I have been coming in to this dispensary for over a year now and it's always a great experience! Vince is always helpful and kind and always gives great recommendations! They have a spin the wheel prizes with your purchase and sometimes i've gotten lucky with really nice prizes or just unlucky with drawing. They have water bottles as well if you get thirsty. Their prices are very reasonable again especially with the spin the wheel chance you get after every purchase you can win either, $25/$50 to spend in store, Kahna edible gummies pack, Free pre roll, ect ! so in reality when you win one of those prizes (which is quite often) their pricing is definitely not bad AT ALL. They also had a great selection with a very good Labor Day discount. I will start to come back after having had a weird experience a few months ago with using my points. This used to be a good review, and if ZERO stars were an option.....Until today, Ive NEVER had a bad experience at ShowGrow. Everyone has been friendly, and positive and courteous. But I left the store tonight in TEARS, Ive never been so offended by an employee ANYWHERE. (and I worked at the DMV, so Ive literally seen the worst behavior humanity has to offer.) Michael (at Express on 4/4 between 11pm and 12am, huge gages, red hair) was so rude, I may NEVER go back to ShowGrow again. I asked about some points that had been redeemed, because I DIDNT redeem them. They offered supervisor, or to return my points. Perfect. Return them, since I was the one whp redeemed them. He immediately and condescendingly stated - "you probably did and didnt mean to- it happens with touch screens." I replied, "well, it takes like 7 steps to login, enter your number, get a text, enter a code AND THEN order something, select point redemtion, select the pickup option, AND THEN agree. So... whats more likely, I did ALL THAT, and didnt "remember" or that an employee mistakely accessed my account for a different customer, when it takes them 2 seconds?" (Especially when I pointed out I had already checked my cell records for that login text.) But he continued to imply I was too stupid to realize I was ordering. But he DID refund my points.. When I tried to tip him, as is common courtesy, he REFUSED MY MONEY. Stating "I dont want it, it makes me feel gross." So of course I ask why- he says "I just dont want YOUR money." So I ask, " Am I being so Sh!tty that you wont accept a tip?" And his hostile response was "well kind of." .... okay well now I DO want a manager. I go inside and replay the situation.... blank stares. After I advise that Michaels attitude was so inappropriate, I probably wouldnt be back, the first response was NOTHING. THEN. "do i want a hug?" Why? Because I was crying. I LITERALLY broke down. I work really really hard for my money. I dont HAVE extra to spend on stuff, but because my child had an eating disorder, I try to help her any way it takes, and THATS why I purchase certain products. I sacrafice everything for my kids; I worked 70 hours this week for that my tip money. To have some arrogant l, condescending WHITE GUY, mansplain that my money wasnt wanted? Thats ONE way to make someone feel like NOTHING. And then realize it probably DOESNT matter to him, or ShowGrow, because they make so much money... But it mattered to ME. It was humiliating. There were 2 employees inside, a blonde girl and a dark haired gentleman, and at THAT point I think it hit home that I wasnt just being a Karen ... because they said "we would have heard if you were yelling or being rude." Being a local in Vegas has its downfalls but never would I expect a dispensary to take advantage of me. I went in the other day and was seen by Vince. I asked him for flower deals and the only one he told me they had was a quarter for $61. Now anybody who partakes in cannabis in Las Vegas knows that's a high price where as other dispensaries have ounces for that price. That was the first mistake, the second was looking at the menu while checking out and seeing they had half ounces for $85 and whole ounces for around $120 so why would Vince only tell me about a quarter for $61? Because Show Grow don't care about the customers and just trying to upsell and get money out of you. My experience with ShowGrow began a couple of months ago when I moved to Summerlin South from the Arts District. I sent a text to the shop and asked for someone to assist me. I explained that I was a loyal customer to my previous dispo. I'm a senior that no longer drives, so I need a reliable person to recommend a couple of different types of flowers and I would like to get a Delivery. I like Indica Dominant Hybrids. High THC, high Limonene. A few minutes later someone answered and let me know that a few things I would enjoy were On Sale that day. I looked at the menu and read about them all on Leafly. I asked the person to pick the best three, and I went ahead and ordered on the site. That person apparently liked to smoke the same weed I like. Thirty minutes later, the Delivery Driver, a gentleman named Shawn, sent a text saying he was going to arrive momentarily. I met Shawn, paid for the order, thanked him for bringing it over so quickly! I tried the first two strains and they were both exactly the kind of weed I love to smoke. I sent another text to the shop to find out the name of the person that picked the three I ordered. Turned out that the Delivery Driver, that same guy who recommended the items I bought, that I wanted to Thank and let them know the shop had just earned a New Customer, was Shawn! Since then, I like to order a Delivery every two weeks. I keep minimum of six strains at all times. I've been a smoker for over fifty years, ten of them spent on Maui. I know what's good. Before I order, I check with Shawn to get his opinion. I've gotten every item he recommended. He delivered my order one other time. ShowGrow has sent different men and women with my orders. Ever one of them has been cool and nice to talk with for a couple of minutes. Then they're off to the next customer. I have had only excellent experiences with ShowGrow. Went in yesterday for prerolls and the budtender recommended a brand because they "burn evenly" only for me to get home and have all of them burn only half the product on one and the paper came off on the other to the point where no product would pull. On top of that their "squeeze to open" tubes broke and shot directly into my eye. WILL NEVER spend my money here again. read more
