I am so glad I stumbled upon Vicki on here, she had an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule, she was fair with pricing, and she made sure this dog got the cut that was so desperately needed. I started praying for direction and miraculously found Carrie. I asked if I could have a personal meet and greet before bring in my dogs, and she graciously accommodated my request. I felt like I had met an angel, she was very kind and made me feel at peace. Today we dropped off our dogs for grooming asking for a "puppy" cut with special attention to ear hair and nails. When we picked up our dogs they were happy and beautiful. This was the Yorkies first time at the groomer, and they can be a handful. One more thing I want to share is Carrie has a personalized service. My Maltese was/is my therapy dog, and I didn't hesitate leaving her with Carrie. And everyone was so pleasant aside from the owner, who happened to be the person that worked on our dog. My wife didn't want to walk in and have our pup get hyper on the table so she took a peak in the window. The owner was on her phone yelling at someone. Saying some not nice things that could be heard through the window. Our dog was not on the table when my wife walked in the door but another dog was. After throwing her phone down, she yanked the dog and yelled "Stand up!" Though she was never paying attention to the dog while on her phone but was mad that the dog was calmly sitting on the table. She called a young girl up from the back to check her out, while my wife was putting information in for a receipt, the owner smacked the dog hard enough to be heard throughout the shop. She yelled at it again to stand up and said "I don't have time for this sh*t today." It was very uncomfortable in the shop after that. Everyone's mood seemed to be lowered after that happened. I hope the owner of that dog knows it's not treated well in that shop. I will definitely be going somewhere else.
