I just left and my eyebrows are the most uneven they have ever been. The young woman (Rosie) who did them took no ownership and was indifferent as I showed her the issue. Not until I mentioned I'd leave a review did she then offer to fix them. I have been told to go to Anayas and I've bee there once and will make that my place to go.

The technicians are very nice and yes will offer other services but I understand that's their job, to upsell. I have consistently been satisfied with their eyebrow threading and the occasional lip wax. The interior is very calming and pretty. The wait is usually 0-10 minutes and the threading service will typically take less than 10 minutes. Always satisfied with my defined and full brows once I leave!
