After having walked by Zen Threads a thousand times, I finally decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon to see what they were all about. I am preparing a custom order of tank tops for my friends and I for our upcoming birthday trip to a country music festival. Getting to see the shop itself and the types of products they offer was super helpful in coming up with my order. I am in the process right now of placing my order and I anticipate that everything will go smoothly. The shop owners were super nice and really seem to have their clients best interest in mind. I also love that they sell overstock of other orders for cheap. While I was there just checking out colors and fabrics I ended up scoring two amazingly soft tank tops that were returns from a custom order and it only cost me five bucks. Zen Threads is an awesome small local business and I am thrilled to work with them on my custom tank top order. I anticipate that they will be my go to for all custom apparel products in the future. read more

This is such an amazing local business. I've used Zen Threads in so many different ways and they have delivered far and above expectations each and every time! I've purchased shirts on their Etsy shop, I've had a big 50+ custom logo shirt order for my business, I've also emailed twice to get a one off custom shirt made for my partner. I've email them with some vauge idea of a funny shirt I want and they have come up with something amazing both times. After having seen Zen Threads on Etsy, I decided to give them a call to see if I could purchase anything in-store for a last minute gift. Thankfully, I was greeted with warm customer service over the phone, informed of what they had available that might fit what I was looking for, and told that they even open on Fridays to sell over-stock pieces from online! This was, just the beginning of a wonderful experience. When I arrived they had already pulled some of the clothes they thought I might be interested from their racks. There were friendly puppies there (who doesn't love puppies?). Perhaps most importantly of all, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided over-the-top customer service. I was referred to this shop by another local shop and I'm so glad I discovered them. The peeps in Zen Threads are super friendly, the shop has a cool and comfy vibe, and they offer a ton of items to select from. I needed another T-shirt with a positive saying printed on it for a gift. I went down to the shop, picked out the color of t and ink and was charged a very reasonable price. Okay where to start. 5 stars is not enough. I emailed a sample of my logo to 6 places on Tuesday and have several responses. However Zen Threads was punctual and was answering my questions after business hours. Told them I knew it was short notice but needed shirts by Friday. They let me bring in my own shirts, didn't charge me a huge setup fee and had my shirts printed and ready for pickup at 10am Friday. I will be using them again since we will be starting a T-shirt line hopefully in the next couple months. I am a customer for life. read more
