Kristin's (the owner/chief yogini) teacher training (YTT200) incorporates anatomy along the way of the coursework with an optional YTT100 personal development program, only attending the first half. The latter is good for those looking to grow in the understanding of their practice without the commitment to a full six months, or with no inkling to teach. Kristin organizes yoga immersion trips annually. This year Peru and Bhutan. Next year Italy is back on the schedule.
