If you just stick it in your mouth you may not notice but one of my pieces had a quite a bit of yellow fat. This may be their cultural way of cooking (this is Korean)). Most of the meat is dark meat, at least all of mine was dark meat. The fries are suspiciously identical to Cavendish fries from Costco so I was disappointed they were not fresh like Five Guys. Seems the only drinks they have is bottles or canned. This was fine. My wife and daughter seemed to really enjoy their meals. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The ever popular seafood pajeon (a pancake-like dish) is made extremely thick and therefore isn't crispy at all like pajeon normally is. I don't really recommend this item. Interestingly there's a bulgogi dish with vegetables and noodles (thin, clear). Makes the dish much more hearty. The flavor and quality was pretty good. Seafood tofu soup.
