Booked using ZenFresh's website because we had a successful cleaning with them previously through Amazon services. The website confirmed the booking and sent me a reminder email the day prior to the scheduled service. No one showed up and the website only had an email help option. So I dialed the 877 number at the bottom of the email. The 877 number goes to a line with insurance offers, and cable/phone offers, before it went to a call center where a representative answered claiming he worked for ZenFresh. He took my name and email address and asked me what was wrong. I told them what happened then said they would transfer me to someone who could help. About a minute later the same representative came back on the line and told me the line was down. He then told me it would be back up shortly and not to worry and that for my trouble I qualified for a $100 gift card to Walmart or Best Buy. Already suspicious at this point I said okay. He then said all I need is a Mastercard or Debit Card for shipping and processing. I said nope and he immediately hung up. I then found this yelp page with a different phone number which goes to a different call center who was able to transfer to ZenFresh's voicemail. Now very concerned that my personal information was compromised I expressed my concern about the company being a scam. The owner took this as an assault on her character and proceeded to agressively email and call me lecturing me not to call her business a scam. They might be good cleaners, but their customer service is severely lacking and their computer systems put customers at risk. Screenshots of emails attached. Booked through Amazon. Cleaning window 11am - 2pm came and passed, no one showed up. No notice, no communication, nothing. I emailed through Amazon and suddenly this guy calls me says they are running late. Wow, your time is so much more valuable than mine, you have me waiting for you for 3 full hours and you won't even bother telling me beforehand you are going to be late? I had to message the business through Amazon to get a call about being late after the fact! This business ruined Amazon cleaning for me too because Amazon doesn't let customers choose cleaners. Just so I don't get someone like this again, I am not going to use Amazon cleaning again either. Thanks! read more

Who would've thought I would have experienced THEFT and HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE all in one day. I used ZenFresh Home Cleaning Services a couple months ago through Amazon. I've used different cleaning services through different companies for many years and have not had an experience like this. First off, I've used Amazon cleaning services before through this same company with okay results. This second time around was the reason I'll never use or trust another cleaning service again. The cleaner came the scheduled time between 11-2pm. My boyfriend let the cleaner in and left (big mistake!) - I came back to an apartment that was not only left uncleaned but two of my most expensive purses were STOLEN. The cleaner left our TV ON blasting really loud music, left the dining table, bathroom tubs and parts of the floors still dirty. She left the pack of garbage bags out, a clorox bottle and OUR swiffer mop out. I paid extra money for "natural" cleaning products and she leaves a clorox bottle out next to one of the bath tubs which she obviously used to clean our apartment since it reeked of the clorox chemical smell. I check each part of the apartment, including my closet where I store my purses only to find two of them MISSING. I notified Amazon immediately, they told me to file a police report and so I did and I contact Zenfresh the company Amazon contracts, the owner supposedly submitted an insurance claim on behalf of the missing items, and to her luck the claim was supposedly denied due to lack of evidence. That's correct, I don't have cameras in my home, I don't have fingerprints or footprints to show they took it, Jan the business owner showed no concern or showed that she cared to really find out what happened. Her response was that this has never happened in the 7 years of business she's been in. Well, guess what, here's your first THEFT situation. What company allows this and on top of that shows no remorse, concern other than "we submitted an insurance claim" and "well this has never happened to us" that's BS. So, with that said, please think twice before you purchase a cleaning service that does not do a comprehensive background check. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way. read more

ZenFresh has saved me countless times with last minute cleanings and Jan always make sure I'm taken care of. I have been using ZenFresh Cleaning for 3 commercial offices in Texas for over 4 years because they have been consistently excellent and are licensed and insured cleaning company. The Staff is always on time and professional. I have setup lock boxes at all locations so that the cleaners can come in and do an amazing job and lock up afterwards. UPDATE 4stars(see below for previous): I received an email back after booking an appointment. The cleaning fees were explained by their rep and we are now moving forward with our next appointment. I still believe the past two weeks of no contact was not appropriate but I also understand how people can be busy and value good service, so we are giving this company another shot with the intentions of giving them a chance to reshape our experience with them. The online web portal does make it easy to book and that will be the way moving forward. Update again in the future after our next appointment/s. First review: 2stars I'm not sure how to review this company. We first hired Zen Fresh and Jan's crew through Amazon Home services due to credits we had. Jan's crew came and we loved the cleaning service we received. Now I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF JAN FOR WEEKS. What is going on? It would be great to have my house cleaned again because they did a really good job. I went to Zenfresh website and tried to book online it says $35/hr yet in my cart for 2 hours comes out to $80 before tax. I called the number to ask, again forwarded to Jan's phone and right to voicemail. Ridiculous. It's really unfortunate as my wife and I were very happy to have to come back but the experience of getting anyone to respond has been a huge headache therefore we will hire a different company. read more

We booked through Amazon for one cleaning and will certainly be booking more. David arrived on time and extremely personable. He asked where he should start, if we had any areas that needed special attention and got to it. We were able to chit chat about the day and he mentioned working double time at his previous home. Still, he worked tirelessly in our home making sure everything was to our liking. David was kind to our cats who wanted to be in his way constantly. His attention to detail was marvelous! I have never seen our bathroom fixtures so shiny. His attitude and conversation were just as pleasant. There was no room for complaint and look forward to his workmanship next time. read more

Rarely review but felt compelled given the experience of this past weekend. We went on the ZenFresh website a few weeks ago and scheduled a full cleaning this past Saturday at 7-8am. We received email confirmation and a text reminder a day or two in advance. All seemed like it was set up for success. 7am came on Saturday and no contact. 8....9....10...etc. At about 7:50am, we called the 877 number to see if we could get an update, it went to voicemail and we left a VM. After 9, we sent a response to the text, sent an email to address on the initial cleaning confirmation to ask what was going on. No response. Sunday afternoon, after 0 contact from anyone, we get an auto-generated 'cancellation' from ZenFresh. Again, I responded to that email asking what was going on and why no one contacted us. Again, almost a week later and 0 communication back to my 4 attempts to figure out what went so wrong.
