Are usually don't take the time to write bad reviews but this one especially made me want to go out of my way to do so. I reached out to Antonio the business owner and informed him that we need to post construction clean up and to pay special attention to all of the windows & window sills especially verbally and over text. When I arrived to inspect the work (mind you this was a completely empty home in Temecula) there was trash still on the floor, dust still on the countertops, the fireplace had not been cleaned and the windows not even touched. I called Antonio to inform him the ladies missed a couple things and he proceeded to let me know that I was lying and the house was disgusting in the first place and I'm lucky they did even that AND that I never informed him the windows needed to be cleaned. I then sent him the screenshot of the t etc informing him of what needed to be done which prompted him to not reply. When I asked him to have the ladies come back to finish the job he essentially stated they wouldn't be able to make it so I told him I wasn't paying until they did. What a surprise they showed up that same did to clean the house and STILL not clean the windows. Antonio has no customer service and needs to seriously check his ego if he is going to be in the customer service industry. The only reason I paid the full amount was because I felt bad for the ladies who cleaned the home who were sweethearts. My wife hired this company todo a move in clean on our newly bought home. They showed up an hour late to start so they finished in the evening, usually I can forgive the lateness. We walkthrough the house the next day and it's still filthy from the people moving out. Wife sent photos to the owner and the reply ways "the crew will have to fix it. But both was scheduled, no response since then. For a $400 "deep clean" I wouldn't pay $20 for. Hopefully they make it right tomorrow. read more

He was able to visit the home & give an estimate. His bid was much lower than other contractors. While he was there he mentioned other services his company provides, including; trash/junk hauling and carpet cleaning. The property is 6,700 sqft on almost 5 acres and was full of junk & trash. Antonio did a great job on my move out service! Very detailed, he cleaned areas I didn't even think of. I couldn't believe how clean the house was! Even some areas I thought were impossible to get clean! There were a few minor missed spots but heck that house needed a lot of work and he's human, when I pointed them out he was apologetic and got it done without delay. Nobody is perfect but integrity is everything and Antonio has integrity. He was prompt at the estimate and on the day of the service. Flexible when I needed to change days. Great communication. I called Antonio on Friday as i needed a cleaner quickly for a move out clean as I had final buyer inspection on the Sunday. He confirmed that for $450 he could have a crew available on Sat at 6am. They would do a full clean making it spotless for the new owners. Although I thought it was expensive I decided to go ahead as I was up against time and the house needed a good clean since we had been packing and moving. The crew (3 people) turned up and told me it would take 4hours. After 3hours they called and said they were done. I had a 2minute walk through and paid as I was trying to manage the move at new place. On Sunday morning I went back and started to look in detail and found the examples in photos. I contacted Antonio and he said he would try to get another crew out. He also then told me for first time that 'full' clean did not cover windows. Since the new owner was coming for an inspection (they actually turned up 2hrs early) sending out another crew was not an option. I told Antonio that I would not have paid any more than $200 for what was done and that I expected a refund for poor service. He told me their policy is not to provide refunds. I asked to see the policy but he did not share. He told me the company welcome poor reviews on yelp so they can learn but it doesn't seem like this applies to refunds. My husband and I then spent 3hrs cleaning the house again. I also asked for a receipt and had to follow up to get it as he said he thought I said I didn't want one. We used Antonio at the recommendation of our realtor for move in cleaning on our very first home purchase. Antonio was quick to respond and was pleasant at communication. All reviews were outstanding so we went with it. He was giving us a military discount since my husband is active duty (-$50). All that changed once we told him we were paying by credit card! So no discount after all and after only 3.5hrs of cleaning a vacant two story 4bdrm/3bath home and afterward there was still dust, cobwebs, dog hair, food splatter on kitchen walls, pencil marking on walls, dirty windows, and they clogged a toilet. So now we have to go back and clean what they didn't ourselves which now takes us longer moving in. Very disappointed! We spent a lot of money for just an okay job. read more
