What a disappointment! I was in need of house cleaning services and picked them. The first time where you pay for a deep cleaning was fine, they house was clean. Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Cleaning: Bathroom, kitchen, living room and dinning room part of hall way $201.00 About 800 sq ft. I have no problem with businesses making money off of services they provide. My problem is when they provide subpar cleaning and nickle and dime you for every minute their workers are there. Example: I was scheduled for 8:am to 12;PM two cleaners, first time deep cleaning. First cleaner showed up 45min late and the second arrived at 9;45. They will claim different. They started at the back of house Laundry room. She told me it was not part of the quote and it would add to the total 15 minutes. The room is part of the common area, it fits a washer and dryer only. They didn't even mop that area. New shower was installed a year ago but she was unable to clean it properly. She acknowledged that as well. The kitchen they cleaned around but not under appliances. Microwave was not cleaned inside and the inside of oven would have been extra. Hence the nickle and dime referenced above. They finished at 11:20. At best I got a surface clean. If you read through the reviews you will see similarities. Go to yelp before calling this company. Wonderful experience. I booked by phone with a professional rep. We discussed my home type and where I wanted focused cleaning and scheduled the day. Two cleaners were assigned to my home. One arrived early, the other came within the arrival window. Both wore masks and brought all their cleaning supplies. I booked 4.5 hours of cleaning so the two of them were here for a little over two hours. Both were sweet, polite, professional and had a nice professional appearance and friendly demeanor. They truly did a great job! I had Elise and Monica and would definitely request them again. I think it was Elise, she even made a toilet paper rose and made me feel like I was at a fancy hotel :). What I really liked was they left me this huge checklist to mark everything they did with a nice little note at the end. I've never had a cleaning service provide a checklist. I loved that. From my first call with Monica to get the quote over the phone and scheduled to the end of the clean with Bella - it was GREAT! They are beyond professional and I will never use anyone else! Bella was my cleaner. She called when she was on her way, brought all her own supplies and even sanitized everything before walking in. She took a tour with me and discussed any areas I was concerned about. My kitchen was sparkling when she was done! So much so, that we ate out for the next three nights so I wouldn't have to dirty the stove! They even use a 49 point checklist and mark things off as they go. That said, they scheduled us right away before a holiday so that was very nice. The maid was on time but only one showed up and we asked for 2. The other one showed up an hour later. Absolutely terrible service! I can't remember if they came Sep. 19 or 20th, but we had a move in cleaning done. No one was home as the home was still empty for the girls to come by and clean, they were supposed to do the fans, sweep and mop & that was our main request. After they came i came by to check and the fans still had dust (they weren't cleaned the first time) the sinks still were dirty. The floors were not swept or mopped, we called back and they came out to redo what they should have done the first time, but only did they clean the fans. The floors were still dirty, i took a swifter over the spots they had missed and it was clean. no real effort was put into the cleaning of the house, i could see in one room were they did mop and the streaks of the mop and they went over it real quick as if a 5 year old was told to mop the room. Not to mention this service was 500 dollars. they told me to email pictures to their manager which we already did once before they sent the girls out again but after the second time of the cleaning it looked the exact same! never again. terrible they could charge 500 dollars for saying they cleaned it the first time when they didn't and had to send someone back out to redo it & they still didn't even do their job. it's so frustrating they told us they cleaned and when i checked it, it was clearly not clean. read more

My first experience with Maid Pro was last week. Sadly it could've been better. I am disabled and have IHSS clean weekly, and my plan was to have a professional service come in and clean quarterly. I'm not sure how you can give an estimate without seeing the property, but she did, she quoted me $189 for my small one bedroom casita, which I thought was high I went ahead and booked it anyway, excited to get it done professionally. This is not what I got. Nothing on my countertops had been removed before cleaning, same with the bathroom. Blinds were not dusted. Baseboards were not dusted and most corners still had spiderwebs. Area where trashcans are kept (inside) floors were not swept or mopped. Floors beneath dining room tables and chairs were not swept nor mopped. Management took no responsibility for their employees actions and basically made me feel like I was a nagging customer. They did send someone to "re-clean" the areas in question. and I was trying to explain to the new cleaners that you can't "re-clean" something that was never cleaned! The ordeal cost me an entire day of waiting for them to show, clean, on top of the original day of the 3 hour clean, etc, etc. Management apologized for the "frustration" but never apologized to me directly, never held their employees accountable to the awful cleaning experience and never offered a discount on this clean or any future cleans. I would not recommend that you use MaidPro! Their staff is very competent but the management's approach to pricing your cleaning is bazaar. I used them for a few years, did not experience a logical pricing of housecleaning, but hung in there. But this year I have been faced with a 30% raise in our rate, from $111 to $155. 30%??? Furthermore, we have a rate that is hourly: we pay $111 for 3 hours of service, even though I can document that one house cleaner is able to clean our house in much less time because we have a security system that includes a camera also records the time they enter and leave our home. One person is able to clean our house in 2 hours and 20 minutes. I judge that raising our rate from $111 to $155 is a rip off and very poor management. I have discontinued their service and do not recommend that you use them. read more

I hired maidpro for a move out clean. I thought the estimate was pretty high, but hired them anyway because my neighbor recommended them. I very disappointed in the clean for what I paid. Not to mention, they didn't finished my entire downstairs, which needed the clean the most. They did call and let me know they needed more time, but was going to be charged for it. I'm so glad I told them not to stay. During my move out walkthrough, I was embarrassed at what the property manager saw. Mostly because I showed her my receipt for what I paid and had to look at things that were not clean. I already called the company and expressed my concern. They took off $30. I am leaving my review so save anyone from hiring them for a move out clean. Bottom line is a spent $650 for a move out clean for a clean that was probably worth $200. As a new renter, my landlord contacted MaidPro to come and deep clean the condo we were renting. After moving in, I spend countless house scrubbing the floor that left my feet black, and pulled out the refrigerator to find an old muffin and dust clogging the vent. In addition to all the cleaning I did, I also noticed that the blinds in the entire condo were filthy. Because I had endure countless hours of scrubbing on my hands and knees, I emailed my landlord to see if she could get blinds cleaned. Much To my surprise, my landlord claimed they paid extra for the blinds and would contact MaidPro. After contacting them, and assuring her that they cleaned the blinds ('hand wiped' downstairs and dusted upstairs), I sent her pictures of the said cleaning. She contacted them again and they are refusing to come back out and fix their horrible job. I am VERY disappointed with MaidPro and their customer service, and pretty upset that I have to live with filthy blinds my landlords refuse to have cleaned because they trusted MaidPro to do it. Update 8/7/15: Edward reached out to me after reading my review shortly after it was posted, and wanted to make it right for me and my new place. He called, apologized and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. There seemed to be a bit of miscommunication, which was totally understandable and I appreciated his honesty (and hope he appreciated mine too). After our lengthy conversation, he offered to have cleaned my blinds and anything else that might needed to be cleaned, and when his Employee showed up, she said the same. Happy to stick around, each time she completed a floor, she had me check it, there were a few spots that couldn't be removed, and some that were just missed that she happily fixed. Did I mention they mad e a special trip to come out for me on a Saturday? Because they did. A friend referred me to MaidPro because he said they pay so much attention to detail that they clean his perfume bottles (of which he claims to have many). Setting up appointment for a move-in clean was easy. That's about it. Two ladies showed up 15 minutes later than promised. When they walked in, my wife asked them to remove their shoes, since we just had carpets cleaned. I walked them to the kitchen, turned around and noticed their shoes still on and repeated my wife's request....they then put on their slip on shoe covers. My wife was furious; I caught it for the rest of the day. They finished early (just had kitchen and baths done). We ran some errands while they worked and afterward wife and I went back to our old place since we had yet to move furniture. When we moved in, I looked at the kitchen and baths and it seemed all that was done was a wipe-down. I did see them start to spray and wipe stuff in the showers the day they were cleaning, but the end result was less than satisfactory. My wife insisted the showers were still dirty from previous owners (mildew and soap scum everywhere) and I could not disagree because it was true so...off to Lowes I went to get some cleaning supplies. After 10-15 minutes of my own work, the shower was suitable for us to use. I think my friend is distracted by the fact that they cleaned his perfume bottles and probably missed the important things, because if I actually had perfume bottles in here, then at least I could say something got cleaned - the bathrooms sure didn't. Maybe they were tired from previous appointments (ours was afternoon), but if that's the case, they shouldn't schedule any afternoon work, because if you're doing a move-in clean, it should be like no one ever lived here. Mildew and soap scum says someone lived here and didn't clean their shower. 2 stars only because they reduced my bill for finishing early when I didn't know better and they probably could have charged the full estimate. Their office also does a follow-up call the next day (but I hadn't had a chance to inspect at that point). Other than that, I cannot recommend because my first impression was bad. read more
