I was really debating posting a review but harassment should not be let go in any form. The person who was doing my massage had long nails and the driest roughest hands I have ever felt in my life. To add insult to injury she invited two others to look at my body and one person even came into my massage environment n touched my butt. I wish there were cameras so that the person could get reported for sexual assault or harassment. I will never go back and I hope this never happens to anyone else at this location. I had a gift certificate for my 15 yr old son who was unable to use it due to having stomach and brain surgery and wasn't cleared to have the massage. I called when it was expiring and told them the circumstances and the lady said it was ok. My son went in today to get a massage because he has been in a hospital bed for a week and wanted to relax. When we went in there the OWNER said he was not going to honor it because it was expired and the woman is just a worker so her saying it was ok is not good enough. So they took my $75 dollars never rendered the services and thinks it's completely ok. It's very clear to see that my son has half his head shaved with bandages on it so we were not just saying it... They do not have any licenses on the wall (law). My husband and I went for a foot massage but didn't have an appointment. They said that there was an appt. that was over 20 minutes late so they took us in. Just as we took off our shoes, that late appointment showed up, party of 4, and we were told we had to leave.
