It's also closer to a bunch of small businesses. There's a small waiting room here, air conditioned. 3 seats, free drinks, WiFi, phone charging station, and restroom available. This is what Brian at SoCal Tint Shop did for me. He owned it and said let me make this right. And did they ever. Worked way past listed working hours to make it right. This was my second vehicle done. My first car was PPf'd, ceramic coated and tinted in 2021. When I sold it this year not one issue was ever found with it. I would not look any further if you are in the market. Their service will out weigh any low ball price you get.

The install had multiple issues including poor edge adhesion/lifting, visible trapped moisture or air pockets, uneven fitment and alignment, but he just blamed it on not having the right templates, which I was told is only pushed by Xpel for warranty purposes and that it should not affect a technician's ability to apply the film without templates. As a result, the entire job had to be redone from scratch. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. Instead of taking full responsibility, I was only offered a partial refund. It also took nearly two weeks of back-and-forth communication to even reach that partial resolution. In the end, I paid twice, once for the original job and again to have it properly done. I would absolutely not recommend this service based on my experience, especially if you have a high-end vehicle!
