Having never had a massage before I was a bit terrified, I don't really like being touched. Ok, very terrified. But she has such a calming presence and way about her that helped immensely. She talked me through everything, explained what she would be doing, and how it would be done. She made what was for me a scary experience into a calm and peaceful one. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment because i was having difficulty finding the place. When i arrived I was told to fill out paper work about my reason for the massage and I pulled out my phone to check the date and arwen *the massage therapist * rudely came out and told me to NOT BE ON MY PHONE AND FILL OUT THE PAPER WORK BECAUSE IM ALREADY LATE, I over looked this and continued with the massage Which I did not enjoy!
