The only thing i have to say is the worker could be a little faster. She took about 25-30 minutes in total to make 5 drinks. 3 for the person ahead of us, and 2 for me. We went around 10, so they weren't closing anytime soon either. She was nice though. Depends on the nights at the plaza, weekdays is okay but weekends are always chaotic. I like getting their signature milk tea as well.

I typically hit Kinton Ramen in this plaza, fetch food, and leave. It was nice to have already parked for two hours. I got here at noon. There were plenty of spots available. After doing a quick look at the bubble tea places to choose from, I chose TP Tea. There's one closer to my home, across the border (it sounds fancy) in Scarborough. I needed to check out a different location. TP stands for Taiwan Professional. I still think of my former intern who disliked a software tester at our workplace who creeped her out. She nicknamed him TP, which stood for Toilet Paper.... haha! Anyway, I digress. I walked in and there were two staff members. A young man came over to help me with my order. The Thai milk tea looked so good in the poster on the door that I went with it. I couldn't get it without any sugar, so my order became less sugar and ice. I also got tea jelly. I had never heard of tea jelly before. Tea jelly in tea? Hey, why not? I paid with a credit card. I tipped and tapped. I also signed up for TP Tea's points program. You simply enter your phone number and sign in through the touchpad each visit. You can get free toppings, free drinks, and more. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. This store is deep and narrow. You can't sit down and enjoy your drink. You also can't use the washrooms. The woman behind the counter asked if I needed a bag. I politely declined and said that I was going to drink it now, which made her laugh and nod. I wished both folks a great day and headed to my car. The Thai milk tea ws excellent. If you like strong tea, you want to come here. The milk was perfect to balance out the tea. I loved the tea jelly, which added a cool flavour dimension to my tastebuds that I have never experienced. It was awesome and I got a decent amount of it! Less sugar worked out nicely. My drink was a touch sweet. Perfect! I had a great experience. I hope to return to this plaza and get more drinks off the menu. (463)

They make special mention of the fact that they don't add sugar. They also have a number of Persian pastries and ice creams in flavours such as pomegranate and saffron. I had never heard of faloodeh but one of the staff there was kind enough to explain that it was a frozen granita style treat with rice vermicelli noodles in it. They also sell pistachio ice cream sandwiched between two large wafers. Pretty looking roll cakes are on display in flavours such as pistachio. Prices are steep! A medium juice is about $11. Large juice costs $13. Faloodeh ranges from $11 for a small portion to up to $26 for 1.5L.

Served with a wide array of nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds), coconut shavings, sliced bananas, pineapples, syrup, rosewater, and an ice-cream base, the majoun was filling and definitely enough to share between two people. I was also a big fan of their pistachio milkshake (شیر پسته) which was creamy and not too sweet to taste. While seating space inside Sweetland is pretty limited, I enjoyed their Persian-style decorations and the music. The owner was incredibly friendly and helped us feel right at home inside the shop. We did have to wait a bit (10-15 min) to get our majoun, but this was also the opening weekend so the place was quite packed! I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing number of options they had on their menu. From Mexican Zorat (ذرت مکزیکی) to vanilla ice cream and carrot juice floats (آب هویج بستنی), Sweetland has something to offer in both cold and hot weather. I will be back here for sure to try their other sweet treats!

KALE BOOST TEA - 9.99 + normal ice + light sugar + jasmine green tea + with chia seed I was hesitant to order this drink because paying for a vegetable-based tea sounded questionable, but my cousin insisted it was refreshing. Surprisingly, there was none of the bitterness I expected from kale, and it paired really well with the jasmine green tea. I loved the chia seeds topping, and hopefully it will help with my bowel movements after all the heavy foods I've been eating this past week. My cousin ordered the limited tiramisu milk tea, which HEYTEA is currently offering in collaboration with Pop Mart. We expected it to be fun, but it ended up being fun AND genuinely good. The coffee notes blended nicely with the milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet or heavy. Overall, this was a solid stop, and I'm glad I got to enjoy something light and refreshing after stuffing myself with dim sum nearby.

The space is filled with vintage European charm, with delicate decor and thoughtful details everywhere you look. It has a soft, almost dreamlike quality to it. When we arrived, the room was already filled with elegantly dressed older ladies, which somehow made the experience feel even more authentic, like stepping into a quiet London afternoon. The whole atmosphere is incredibly calming. The afternoon tea set is generous and thoughtfully arranged. Each guest gets their own pot of tea, and I chose a lemon mango blend that paired beautifully with the desserts. It was light, refreshing, and balanced out the sweetness perfectly. It turned into one of those afternoons where you naturally slow down, enjoying both the food and the moment. And of course, everything photographs beautifully. A small tip--reservations are highly recommended. Even on a weekday, it fills up quickly, and it would be a shame to miss out.

This is my second time at a high tea place so I was comparing with one in Oakville. The restaurant is a small place with a few seats so making a reservation is best. This restaurant is within a small plaza within the mall itself. Beautiful decor representing English Victorian-like theme with dishes and plating presentation. I found this place to not be worth the price point in my opinion. The food was just mediocre. The egg sandwich was not good at all. There were too much green onions. The scones were not fresh and just too hard. The cucumber sandwich was not good either, it had a weird taste, I can't even describe it. I got the dulce de leche tea which tasted like water tea, I did not taste anything caramel or sweetness to it. Overall paying over $65 per person I expected a better taste than what I got. I would not come here again.
