Went at 4:30 on. Friday and were the only patrons. You'd think that for the cost of a ribeye steak, it could've been booked correctly. Ordered it medium rare, and it came out raw and cold in the center. The baked potato was also undercooked. Was offered dessert for the fact both my husband and I needed to have our steaks cooked longer, when they should've offered a discount on the meal. Very disappointed as I had really raved about this place to my husband, but it didn't live up to previous visits. Highly doubtful I'll be back. read more

Everything was great, service, food ambiance. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because some might feel their prices are expensive. Our bill was over 100.00 for 2 people not including the tip. Lovely space on the main drag of Fergus Falls. Perfect atmosphere for a date night or business dinner. It is a challenge being a vegetarian/pescatarian traveling through greater Minnesota. I ordered pasta with shrimp. It was good but I wish there had been more options to choose from. salad was excellent. I also love that they serve popovers with the meal! My friend and I visited this incredible restaurant en route from Hayfield, MN to Hawley, MN (ultimately heading to an event in Fargo, ND). The reviews were intriguing so we decided to stop for dinner before arriving at our hotel in Hawley. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were very impressed with the ambience (restrooms included). My friend has a significant food allergy so she informed our server, who checked with the chef. Not only did they address all of her concerns, the chef came out personally to verify the safety of the items she had ordered, and acknowledged which items she would want to avoid. Our meals were absolutely fantastic and we each wished we had a Zens in our respective home towns. Tom the chef and owner produces/serves fresh, clean ingredients and it's evident this restaurant takes pride in what it offers, how it serves, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I'd come here at least weekly if I lived locally. A true gem of a place with amazingly fresh seafood. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! read more

Nice restaurant- smaller, but very cozy and welcoming. My wife and I both had the ahi tuna- very well prepared, I had the Brussels sprouts- nicely caramelized and tasty. No dessert - too full. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. Our server was very attentive. Price was very good for an upscale restaurant in the Midwest. We will be back! read more

In town on business and really appreciate the locally owned restaurants. This one is no exception. We went 2 nights in a row for dinner. First night had the surf and turf, ribeye and scallops. Perfectly prepared. Second night had filet and lobster tail. I didn't think it could get better but it did. Enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake. Our waitresses had an amazing sense of humor and it was greatly appreciated. Great food, great service and a very chill atmosphere with a full bar. Keep up the great work! read more

Who knew this little gem existed in sleepy Fergus Falls? Well, not me obviously. It was my birthday and we decided to give this place a shot. So glad we did! We tried the bruschetta, and it was good. We both ordered steaks, mine was the 6 oz tenderloin cooked to a perfect medium. Baked potato, and the real treat were these little pea pods that were slightly cooked, but crispy and fresh. I was so obsessed with my food I didn't even pay attention to what my husband got. There was food constantly coming out of the kitchen. From the prompt delivery of the app, to the house salad and steak and mushroom soup, to the popover, the main course. Constant interactions and attentiveness with the wait staff. Such a great dining experience. We also took home tiramisu, which didn't get photographed because it was so good we inhaled it. Net-net, don't skip an opportunity to try this amazing fine dining experience. You won't regret it! read more

What a great find in Fergus Falls. Ordered the Boursin chicken with sweet potatoes. Also came with a popover, glazed carrots and garden salad. More than enough and all of it delicious! Plenty of menu items with chicken, steak and seafood. Definitely my go-to place. Nice atmosphere, simple decor, great service. All around a place I'd take anyone. read more

Had the privilege of dining in tonight with my dad and best high-school friend. Making a reservation was very easy and Danielle was very friendly and quick to respond. The menu is very detailed and the pricing very reasonable for the area. It was actually somewhat hard to decide what to get as almost everything sounded amazing. Dad and the bestie had the porterhouse I had the Sirloin Gorgonzola dish. We all opted for the salads and Brussels - treated ourselves to a few bloody Marys and a spinach dip to start. The only real negatives I heard were that although the foods flavor was on point, my dad was somewhat bummed his streak can't came out somewhat cold - as was mine. The spinach dip was good - but probably a tad too small for three adults to share. Tiny new restaurant opening hiccups I'm sure- and my dads itching to get back to try out a brunch he heard they have. The seafood platter was delicious. My husband loved his prime rib. Our service was great. Their hand crafted cocktails are impressive!
