I m not here to blame nor complain it's just me I totally messed ^ back in elementary school when I did not enjoy bonding with other students including hanging out and letting friends come over my house. My only dad taught me that elementary students should bond well like my little brothers kids, so later in life they won't turn mental and schizophrenia like like me. I overheard kids are diagnosis very early and I expected elementary kids to bond at their house, especially have trust and honesty. I only hear bad voices when I get frustrated at the world . So it's so good to remember the past and present day how I screwed up not bonding . I actually did bond a bit but quite frankly was a quiet person and was a weirdo. I still like being weird and cannot come back to being normal. I decided not to be normal since my yr of ox 2021. I loss my grandpa that year and I did not cry for him. My favorite therapist told me crying too much can make me more become diagnosis even worse. Thank you Co for being yourself. I won't be able to turn back the clock. And plus rooting for the wrong team underdog'Lions' during Lions and 49ers was embarrassing for me until my goal is to skip the sb and somehow Purdy can win for quest six like Pats and cowboys. I was a Niners fan way back 1995 and now I decided not to be a fan. I m too anxious to wait to watch the game so it's best to leave me less frustrated. I like people, but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to either skip nor watch just trying to rest my soul and so I can sleep well and take over my diagnosis. It a big lesson for elementary kids. Buddies and pen pals it not too late Success change improve. I haven't use these advice from my buddy Jeff I've been ignoring people advice. But today I like to keep peace with my soul so I won't need to feel anything like hear voices nor bursting out in flames that watching Niners win should hurt me. I think it is shameful to feel lost in society and not be knowing anyone outside Including close. Hopefully I still remember my doctor's name and therapist. I started getting help from this place alum rock back then , I did not open up to that doctor Phương Thúy because my therapist was right , 'trusting' , I did not trust anyone before and still and I still no trust. Time for me to wake up and smell fresh air. It's just a game . The game changer , I think Lions gave up their 17 points for Bay Area to become peaceful. And less gun violence and crime. Hopefully my prayers come true after seven pm February 11th Niners. Quest 6. My goal: making everyone around me happier I do not want to see hatred if chiefs so I'm willing to let it go and not even watch. I should be happier for both of me and an ind with Niners clothing.

SVR is by far the best residential treatment center I've been to in the Bay Area or California in…read moregeneral. It's located in a wonderful neighborhood, the staff are attentive and present, and leadership is involved along with ownership. It's one of the few places where I felt like I developed real relationships with the people who run it, because they genuinely care. For some treatment centers, the experience all depends on the other clients -- it's luck of the draw. If you're there at the right time with the right group, you can have a good experience. What I found with SVR is that the clients matter less because the staff is so great. It's the only place I would go back to purely for the staff, and when that's the case, your treatment experience is guaranteed to be good regardless of who else is there with you. That's an undervalued characteristic in American treatment, and SVR totally nails it. I dearly miss the people who run it and those who have worked there in the past. SVR is also probably the most holistic program I've been a part of -- one that seeks to address multiple facets of your daily life in hopes of helping you fully recover. We attended 12-step meetings, Dharma Recovery, Life Circle, and SMART Recovery, and had a family workshop on the weekends. It was a breath of fresh air to finally find a place that didn't just hand me an AA book and bring meetings in. SVR takes you out into the community so you can build relationships with people. It's invaluable, really. Rarely have I been to a detox or treatment center that actually took my advice. I mentioned that another facility had been distributing Narcan to opioid patients upon discharge and that SVR should consider doing something similar -- and to my knowledge, they now do, which is amazing. They are always trying to improve, and that is simply not the case at basically every other rehab I've ever been to. They host alumni meetings both virtually and in person. I really can't say enough good things. If you're considering residential treatment, try to go here -- it's worth it. I believe they even have a scholarship fund for certain situations, such as when someone is uninsured or when their insurance company tries to cut them loose partway through treatment. That happened to me, and they funded half of my stay. I would have argued that someone else needed it more than I did, but that wasn't really my call to make. I'm deeply grateful to Sonja, Jerry, Johnny, and all the nursing staff and techs for their sincerity, authenticity, and passion for the field. And for caring enough to build a program that is growing, loving, compassionate and encompassing. Love you all! Brian
