Especially when considering how overworked and underpaid they are. As a result there's a high turnover. My issues were with the administration and, or, administrative staff and their policies. I missed an appointment with my neurosurgeon because social services failed to make Transportation arrangements as a promised they would do. The on staff doctor assured me that he would make a girl to a local neurosurgeon for me and I never heard that word from him again don't matter. I express the desire to apply for IHSS home Care service for whenever it will be released that never happened. In fact everything they told me they would do they didn't including sending my prescription information to the Walgreens I requested they send them to. Nurse assured me that she had already done it as I was leaving it's true down to be completely false. The beautiful swimming pool for physical therapy was one of the main attractions to me to choose this location come to find out it is only available for outpatient physical therapy and hasn't been filled with water since covid 19 in 2022.

The visiting hours were easy to come in-and-out, and enough space to have patients relax outside or in common spaces.
