I placed an online delivery order through their website on 5/26/25. The delivery is through Doordash (didn't know until order was placed) and the delivery was cancelled. The location was closed but didn't turn off online ordering. I sent and email and never got a response. Had to call to get the refund. They said they couldn't do it and I had to call a 1-800 number to get a refund. Would recommend that you support any other company than Zepp's just due to terrible management. read more

Tried Zepp's per a recommendation from a friend. Great first impression for sure! Deep dish pepperoni was a nice change of pace and the crumbled sausage on the other pie was excellent as well. It's not close to me but I do look forward to trying more of Zepp's in the future! read more

We tried to order a pizza today with 1/4 cheese only. We have literally ordered the same pizza for weeks. We pay for the topping for the entire half. (No worries for us). The manager today informs us they will no longer be making that kind of pizza and we could just pick the pepperoni off. Seriously!?! Do you not realize that is wasting the meat and the cheese all comes off when you do that. We will no longer frequent your establishes despite us ordering pizza weekly! read more

Having recently moved to the Canton OH area, I really wanted to nail down my go-to pizza place (since that is an important thing in life) Having some suggestions given, Zepp's kept coming up; so I gave them a go. The pizza was decent. It had the right about of toppings and generally tasted good. Overall points that are worth mentioning: There was not a lot of sauce, the spinach I had on the pizza was dominantly under the cheese (not used to that), and the crust was more like "thinner than usual" as opposed to thin crust (still felt fairly thick to me). I would definitely go back again, but it was not my favorite pizza I've had. read more

2.5 stars. The motto of this place is fresh, local, and handmade. These are probably all true - but that's where it ends. The dough for the hand tossed style was thinner than average I would say - yet still seemed to have a decent amount of uncooked dough near the cheese. It really wasn't chewy and was absolutely flavorless. The sauce was almost nonexistent. What little sauce was there tasted like tomato and that's all. This pizza as a whole lacked seasoning badly. The cheese was good - nice ratio and seemingly good quality. The toppings were fine as well, appropriate distribution and quantity. I was kinda hoping for better here, because everyone likes the fresh/local/handmade type of place. They just need to make several improvements to the dough and sauce. read more

Consistently good local shop Not some big chain store. Cheesy - good veggies. Crumbly sausage is not super flavorful but the ham and bacon are awesome. Closed Sunday's so a bummer during Football season but they run great specials everyday - especially Friday's 2 large 1 toppings for $20. Check their Facebook page for the deal of the day. read more

Man we were hoping for a much better review. This was our first time eating here and well it was not exceptional. The staff was amazing. I tried to write a tip for everyone on the receipt but the pen was horrible so I crossed everything out and wrote it for the total. We ordered a deep dish which was good but the two pepperoni pizzas reminded us of Chuck e cheese pizza. Super soggy and oily in the middle and the crust had 0 flavor. I want to give a 2.5 star review but I figured 3 was better then 2. Sadly we wont order again. Man such a let down! read more

Recently moved from California where we had the best pizza, Mexican food, you name it, so yeah I lived in Cali for 20 years and I just thought that every state was just like us, everyone had street taco shops on every corner etc. I was shocked when I moved to Ohio and found out I couldn't be anymore wrong, I was stuck with Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and gioninos and none of it was filling the void. I tried a bunch of different mom and pop pizza shops and couldn't find anything until we moved to north canton and found Zepp's. This pizza is so effing good lol it reminds me of my fav place in Cali called Ameci's pizza, the crust always tastes so fresh, the cheese and sauce is perfect. I'm so happy to live kind of in the city and close enough that this place delivers to me, thanks Zepp's and for gods sake don't change your pizza read more

Their spinach feta pizza is made perfectly but I thought I'd go for something different thinking the rest of their food would be as amazing as their pizza. My kids didn't care for their fried chicken (their coleslaw is tasty) but thought the Italian chicken sub was good. (Meat was in cubes.) The steak sub tasted okay. The large garden salad had four tomato wedges on a spring mix. I received two packets of Paul Newman's Italian dressing. I will go back to ordering pizza from them. Should have notice the warning signs... Ordered over the phone and arrived a couple minutes early for pickup. Gave them my name and they didn't have my order. Kept apologizing while they acted like they knew what we ordered and who I was. They kept calling me by the wrong name the entire time. We ordered two simple large 'deep dish' pizzas - nothing tricky! One was a pepperoni & sausage, the second a pineapple and ham, plus an order of jojos. After waiting another twenty minutes they hand me two large boxes and a small for the jojos, thank me and again call me the wrong name. Off we go home, very hungry. Sure enough... we get home to a plain large pizza that wasn't fully cooked, sauce on only half of it, without any pepperoni and sausage. The second one with pineapple and ham was also half cooked with very little sauce. There was about one piece of pineapple and two bitty pieces of ham per slice, which looked like were thrown on just prior to putting the pizza into the box - not even cooked on the pizza. These were not deep dish, they were just thick crusts. There was no edge around the pizza, it was cooked on a regular tray just like the hand tossed pizzas are. Around the outside where it was cooked was like eating a dense piece of cheese bread (as there were no toppings or sauce). The center of both was a doughy glob. It was the most awful pizza I've ever had and threw both away. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, maybe I was there on rookie night, not sure. At least the jojos were good! LESSON LEARNED: ALWAYS CHECK THE PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE. read more

Our family will go to Zepp's on occasion. The pizza is good, but there's a lot of competition in the area, with taste and prices...Zepp's prices are the higher end. We would probably go more often if the prices were more competitive. read more

Zepps is known for their fresh ingredients and dough that is made daily. Their wings are flavorful, crispy and come with sauce on the side. I personally love the hot wing sauce. Their bbq pizza is the absolute best I have ever eaten. The sausage pizza is the only sausage I would eat. It's crumbly and full of flavor. I have never found any fat in the sausage. We really like Zepps food and the quality of their food. read more
