Cashier handed us the tokens in a basket and clear bag for your winnings. Once you're done playing, you can trade the stuffed animals for something else behind the counter. It almost seems like some of the items were too slippery so you couldn't get a good drip on them. Claw games are notoriously bad though so I don't see this as too different from a standard claw machine. The workers might help with placement of a particular item for kids so ask for some help.
