Our 2 hour couples massage went from $310, because the front desk guy kept upselling us, like coming into the massage rooms during the massage, which is absolutely insane. For one, it's creepy, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I always request women masseuses because I was molested by a male masseuse at age 14. For two, it's predatory. People in a relaxed state are more prone to agreement, which I've seen actual legal contracts be voided for. We also were not given pricing for this ridiculous add ons, and we were not warned of the effects of cupping. We have bruises up and down our backs. Anyways our massage was $200 more than we agreed to during the initial booking at the front desk. Can't recommend this place in good conscience. I will likely be doing a chargeback or filing a dispute or a complaint with the licensing board. Massage rooms should be a safe place. These are not.

I met Nancy and requested a 1 hour deep tissue massage on my lower back, hips and shoulders to help alleviate my osteoarthritis pain. Nancy used medium pressure and not once did she cause me to jump when finding muscle knots. I paid $60 for my massage and gave her a $20 tip for her great work. My therapist, one of the few female therapists working that day, seemed tired and a bit rushed. There were several areas that my boyfriend noticed his therapist addressed that mine did not, which stood out since I've had deep tissue massages elsewhere where those areas are typically worked on. It was later in the day as that was when they had the availability for us and so I can understand their fatigue a bit. Camilla doesn't skimp on the aromatherapy OR the water - she gave me a bottle instead of one of those little paper cups! Thai foot massage wasn't only foot massage, but came with a whole body massage, starting from head/face. Sunny tried to relieve my stiffness, so some part was strong massage, not medium pressure, but that's what I wanted. 7 hours after massage, my body is still loosened and warm. I would say Sunny's massage was therapeutical and fixed my body. Thank you!! My daughter had 60 minutes Combo massage with Owen. He was another wonderful masseuse and she said she would ask Owen again next time. I didn't understand the differences between Thai foot massage and Combo massage. Since the foot massage came with a whole massage and my daughter and I had a quite similar massage after all. My husband got 60 minutes Thai Yoga massage with Jason. My husband's body is always stiff and Jason fixed it. He was a wonderful masseuse, too! The receptionist, Mia was friendly and kind. She had a language limitation, but I used google translation and she went to get Jason to translate our daughter's knee injury condition, so everything was clear before we got massage. For the first 20 minutes, she focused almost entirely on my head, repeating the same movement over and over. Then she moved to my feet and was basically tickling them. I had to ask her to stop and instead use deep pressure on my lower legs. At that point, I wanted to end the massage, but I kept thinking it might get better. Unfortunately, it didn't. When she worked on my back, she mostly used her elbow. I finally asked her, as politely as I could, to please stop because it wasn't relaxing. She didn't understand me, so she had to get the person at the front desk to translate. The massage therapist wasn't very skillful and seemed to be all over the place. I've never had a massage where I couldn't wait for it to be over. The $80 was definitely not worth it. Not only did they not offer me sex, I got the worst, most lifeless, lack of technique massage I've ever had in my life. Go fishing, catch a tired catfish, throw him on top of your back, let him flop around a little while dying a slow death and you will be almost perfectly mimicking the massage experience at this place, including the fishy breath. And they make you paying in advance for this lovely service! No wonder, no one would dare give them a penny after such a disappointing effort. It might be worth the 60 bucks just to have as the story to tell. But for me... Absolutely the worst choice I've made in 2016.
