Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty reasonable if you know what you are looking for. There are a few issues though. First, the store is way overstuffed with equipment, to the point where its almost hard to move around. The prices are OK for some things, but overpriced for others- you can tell they are not necessarily experts in certain sports (stay away from the tennis rackets, most are ancient for example.) They also don't pay very well for equipment, but that's not unexpected- after all, they need to make a profit. Overall, its a good place to shop for equipment rather than always buying new.

There was also the option to order a shoe in a color that wasn't currently stocked which I thought was helpful. In the end I got a pair of saucony guide 15s.
