Some of the boxes had broken and were hanging out. He was the first one that I've talk to that knew how to fix them. Also all the outlets in our kitchen were shorted out but now they're up and running and looking great. They also installed an outside outlet and did some work on our circuitboard. His workers were very professional. They came on time, started quickly on the job and stayed till it was finished, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and kind. Jerry came back to help them finish and inspected everything to make sure it was all done to my perfection. I was also very pleased with the final bill. They didn't give me any fuss about wanting to install a few of my own receptacles because "they needed to do it for safety", they simply did the work requested and other times when I've asked them to give it a look over, they were happy to accommodate and pointed out what I had done wrong. They put lights on top of ac vents, flood lights were holding water when it rained. The living room kept shorting out due to flood light holding water. I've had to to go into ligation with this unprofessional Barndo builder & asked STX to please come and do final inspections and fix the problem. They refused due to contractor told them not to fix problems. STX should still held responsible for all electrical problems. They even told me once not to complain about the flood light so they could pass inspections. Very unprofessional & I'm so disappointed in them for handling my home as if it was worth nothing.
