I haven't been in a salon for about a year so I desperately searched Yelp for a place I can afford. After scrolling through a dozen yuppity looking places, I saw Zeta's salon and that it had only been open for about a month. I was nervous at first to try and book an appointment with a stylist I had never met before but after seeing her Instagram page, I quickly realized that she is an expert who followed her passion for many years before bravely taking a step forward into owning her own studio. I booked her immediately while letting out a resounding "YOU GO GIRL!". From there, I had no regrets. My experience with her was more than just about hair. She creates a fun, down to earth environment that you can truly feel at ease and even loved. Yes, LOVED. Every client that walked in was someone who adored her, and now, I will walk through those doors with the same admiration because she transformed my hair and refreshed my heart in the most beautiful way. So finally I find someone who I look forward to booking my haircut appointments with. That someone is ROZETA. I've been a repeat customer for a while now. She is clean,courteous and professional. More than once she has offered to come in in her day off to accommodate an appointment request. NEVER in my life have I seen such customer service in a salon. I have very fine hair, the quality of products is the best and hair treatments work perfectly on my hear texture. Rozeta is the best. I have been loyally going to her for years, dating back to her last employer. She has her own unique style, but she is still able to assess your best features and figure out how your hair can accentuate your strengths. For full disclosure, I will tell you that I am a balding middle aged man, and she is able to pull off some kind of magic trick every visit where I emerge looking ten years younger. On top of all that, Rozeta is a very sweet person who develops relationships with her customers, and who enjoys playing therapist when needed. Let me start with I highly recommend Zeta if you are looking for a professional, personable stylist with extreme skills.  When we moved to the area just over a year ago, I was very concerned about finding someone.  My husband found Zeta online and said to me, "I think I found someone for you"... If I could give Rozeta 11 starts I would. I have known her for many years and I have seen her work on men, women and children. She is absolutely unparalleled, and she has an amazing skillset. She is a perfectionist, and it comes across in excellence. I have seen her perform absolute magic with women's hair, from style to perfect color. I found Zeta Salon a few years ago, while searching online for a place where I could get a "funky/cool" haircut. The 1st time I went in, Rozeta transformed my awful "pandemic" hair into a great cut and she has delivered ever since! I have gone through a hair transformation (which I really needed).
